The bidder should have provided similar services to any State/Central/Semi Government during the last two years by supplying at least 130 persons to a single organization and enclose Experience Certificate issued by the client

The bidder should be running a registered Man Power Service Agency from the past Five years and enclose valid registration certificate

Valid registration certificate in its name with labour department, EPF organization, ESI Corporation, GST registration Authorities

PAN in Firm bidders name

The income tax returns for the past 2 years

Satisfactory certificate from 2 reputed organizations

The bidder should furnish the copies of E.S.I, & P.F paid challans for the past one year

The bidder should furnish the copies of GST paid challans for one year and half yearly GST returns in Form GSTR-9, Form GSTR-3B for the last one year

The bidder should furnish copy of Professional Tax and P.T clearance for the last one year

The bidder should have carried out a minimum Turnover of Rs. 1379.00 Lakhs per annum continuously during the last two years and enclose audited financial statements balance sheets last two financial years with UDIN number
