Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness

Providing and fixing 3mm thick aluminium composite panel,3000 series (of approved colour /shade) having skin material of 0.50mm aluminium on each side and core material of natural polyurethane for wall cladding/rectangular/square cladding and ceiling at all level sand height,fixed in pre-size of in fill panel including structural sealant etc.with watertight and air-tight system either curve dor straight in plan.The aluminium composite panel to be fixed with extruded aluminium basic frame,angle cleats,rivets,G.I. brackets all as approved using suitable hitli/fisher/anchor bolts on RCC/structural works including necessary accessories complete in all respects as per drawings,specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.(Item includes cost of ACP Panel,Weather Sealant,Gasket,Foam,Scaffolding,Fixtures all machineries and all taxes.The aluminium extruded sections used for basic frame shall be paid seperately)

Providing and fixing powder coated "American type" aluminium handle of approved quality with necessary screws etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer in charge, 150 mm handle

Providing and fixing of 6 mm thick multiwall polycarbonate sheet of make Lexan or equivalent fixed over MS square / Rectangular tube section in elliptical shape/straight roofing fixed with stainless steel self taping screws with rubber washers and fixed with approved powder coated extrude aluminium profile connector/fixing system ,transparent/metallic grey colour for all heights fixed with EPDM rubber gasket at all joints (MS rectangular / square sections and powder coated aluminium profile connector with rubber gasket will be paid separately.

Providing and fixing 50 mm wide Aluminium extruded powder coated profile connector with EPDM rubber gasket for 6 mm thick multiwall polycarbonate sheet, including bending to elliptical curve to suit the existing truss etc. and fixing with stainless steel self taping screws with rubber washer to the MS Square/Rectangular tubular section at required level in required shape as per the approved drawing etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (Sectional weight of aluminium profile connector without rubber gasket shall be measured for payment).
