Providing & Fixing PVC fire resistant sheet of best quality and approved colour panelling on the walls of the room complete in all respect.

Providing & Fixing PVC fire resistant ceiling of approved brand & manufacture shade i/c beading, centrally designed & border all around the room complete in all respect.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.5 mtr depth and disposal of unserviceable material within 20m lead.Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thick.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth.

P/L vitrified tiles in grey/coloured of approved shade & colour in flooring treads of steps & landing laid over 12mm thick cement mortor 1:3 laid over & jointed with neat cement slurry flush pointed in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade.

P/F cermic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 of approved make , in all colours as approved by Engineer- in- charge ,in skirting, risars of steps & door ,over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 13 and jointed with cement shurry i.e pointing in white cement mixed with pigment

Petty repair of sofa set with 8 no. chairs by replacing of old covering clothes at rest camp complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
