1 Providing, laying, Testing & Commissioning of 240sq mm 3.5 core aluminium armoured power cableof reputed make i.e. Polycab, Havells, Finolex, KEI only for making connections with Change Over Panel and AMF Panels of DG set installed at Electric Sub Station of GMCH, Jammu for making alternate backup power supplyto 100 Bedded Emergency Block. Job includes Providing and fitting of the cable as per site requirement by clamping, providing & fitting of heavy-duty thimbles by proper crimping at both the ends of cable for fitting in AMF Panel of DG set. Making all electrical connections and testing at full load after proper laying.Complete job includes cost of material used, transportation charges, labour charges and all kind of taxes thereof and testing on no load and full load. The job includes cost of material handling, skilled labour charges, transportation charges and all kind of taxes thereof. 2 Providing and fitting of 400 Amp MCCB switch 3 Pole with breaking capacity not less than 50 KA at Electric Sub Station of GMCH Jammu. The MCCB shall be of reputed make i.e L&T, Schneider, Havells. The job also includes making provision in the bus bar as per requirement, fitting of the new MCCB, cutting of damaged cable ends and providing and fitting of new heavy duty thimbles of requisite size, making all the cable connections with the MCCB and testing at site.
