M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face brick masonry/concrete surface etc., in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling old asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridge complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding with frame work, any description, fixed in any position with nails/screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling system with size 605 mm x 605 mm, consisting of main runner of size 36.5 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.24 Kg/Rm) and cross Tee of size 23.5 mm x 36.4 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.191 Kg/Rm). The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40 mm X 25 mm X 2 mm (weight not less than @ 0.36 Kg/Rm).The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 6 mm dia. G.I wire , J-bolts ,nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions or adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 4.0 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of primer and a layer of wall care putty (not less than 2.0 mm thick )complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick coloured vitrified ceramic tiles( light shade) (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors,set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick coloured vitrified ceramic tiles( light shade) (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm ,as in vertical surface such as dado/ skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 18mm thick broken kota stone flooring including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed cement concrete tiles 25cm X 25cm X 22mm thick/ 30 cm x 30 cm x 22 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment ,laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) over & including 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring etc. finish even and smooth using extra cement including complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 1.25 mm thick pressed steel door frames of size 125mm x 60 mm for single or double doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The quoted unit rate under this item shall deemed to be included one shop coat of primer.necessary fixing lugs hinges lock strike plate etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L Post Construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Post Construction anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Post Construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary formwork for edges complete all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervals and at each corner and the same shall be filled with mixed 85/25 grade bitumen and sand in the ratio 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserveciable/damaged copper/aluminium surface (batten/coduit or casing caping) point wiring any length for light/fan/socket or power including unscrewing from board (fitting and fixture such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sockets ,light fittings etc) and removing material from site and making good to the disturbed surface to match with existing finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan point /exhaust fan controlled by one , one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box covered for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc., including cutting holes for switches,sockets,regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw,washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 0.45 metre deep and not exceeding 0.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/ pipes, foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connctions from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for the refixing ceiling fan/exhaust fan after servicing /repairing/overhauling by cleaning/greasing /oiling etc. including provision of connecting ceiling fan/exhaust fan to ceiling rose including three core flexible copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm not less than 0.5 mtr long for connection and preparation of old rusted surface of ceiling fans of any sweep by cleaning to remove only dust etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel (white shade) paint and marking MES number with non erasable marker pen with black colour complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S &F in repair down rod for hanging of ceiling fan, fabricated /made out of 15mm dia heavy grade mild steel conduit (length of conduit not less than 1250 mm long & wall thick ness not less than 1.6 mm) with suitable fan clamps duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel (white shade) paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair of bracket made of GI pipe light grade 1.5 Mtr long of size 40 mm bore, bend to shape as per site requirement fixed to pole/wall with flat iron clamp size 50mm x 6 mm -02 Nos with suitable bolts, Nuts, washers etc including two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface of mild steel surface complete all as specified and directed.
