Periodical Maintenance Kundhei to Naiguan road for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres etc complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reworking the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplimenting tha base materials with crusher stone dust and compacting finished surface as per clause 501.8.3.2 of MORTH Specification etc complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means for low porosity surface including cost, conveyance, royalty & all other taxes of materials, labour charges, T&P etc, required for the work complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Semidense bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of 13mm nominal size (grading-I) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, lying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the require grade ,lavel & allingiment ,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tendem rollers to achive the desire compaction as per cluse 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials & labour charges T&P etc required for the work complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means, (within a lead of 5Km) spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
