Operation & maintenance of Truck mounted road sweeping machine (6CUM) with lubricants, repair , Spares & comprehensive maintenance.(For 3 years)

The bidder shall be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Truck Mounted Road Sweeping Machine or its authorized service provider and shall have successfully executed Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance (AMC) services of such machines in at least one Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) during the last five years. The bidder shall submit work orders along with satisfactory performance certificates/completion certificates issued by the respective ULBs as proof of experience.

The bidder shall have achieved an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 56.10 lakh in any two of the last five financial years 2021 to 22, 2022 to 23, 2023to 24, 2024to 25 and 2025 to 26.

The bidder shall be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Truck Mounted Road Sweeping Machine or an authorized service provider/dealer of the OEM. In case the bidder is not the OEM, a valid authorization letter issued by the OEM, specifically authorizing the bidder to undertake the Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance (AMC) services under this tender, shall be submitted along with the bid. The bidder should submit support letter for Spare parts and technical back-up from the OEM of the machine supplied to Shivamogga City Corporation.

The agency should be registered under companies act 2013/ partnership act/ sole proprietorship under relevant act.
