Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) with water proofing compound as in sub base finished even and fair surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on brick/concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered & unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot mould moss and efforescent salts trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes/cracks with wall care putty and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint (High Rich Sheen) over a coat of primer in camouflage pattern using minimum 3 or 4 difference tint/colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern, using minimum 3 different tint / colour as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc in wall, ceiling, stanchion, beams etc including all laps, cutting and waste, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layer not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, finished even and fair surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (M-40 Grade) any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 laid over sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5M depth for laying of GI/CI/DI pipe lines etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the ground level at a distance of 50 Mtrs from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of following unserviceable CI/GI/MS pipes (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burnt out joints with welding, complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- Note :- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron sluice valve heavy duty class PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 with flanged ends 100 mm nominal bore, ISI marked, complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber /fiber board gasket nuts, washers etc, suitable for fire fighting pressurised pipe line including necessary excavation, returning and filling, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/ replacement of cast iron sluice valve heavy duty class PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 with flanged ends 150 mm nominal bore ISI marked complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber /fiber board gasket nuts, washers etc, suitable for fire fighting pressurised pipe line including necessary excavation, returning and filling, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for masonary valve pit of size 1.2x1.2x1.1 m (internal size), PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, brick wall with sub class `B’ bricks built in cement mortar 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping, rendering in cement mortar (1:4), 15mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 2mm thick fixed to MS angle frame made out of 50x50x6mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangements including dismantling old one with necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing underground cast iron water mains upto 200 mm dia including providing and inserting DI Tee, jointing material, jointing and making connection including earth work, dewatering of existing pipe line water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring under road/path/hard standing to pass the Pipe lines upto 150mm dia bore with the own arrangement of T&P, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleanning of UG static water tank of approximate capacity up to 20000- 40000 gallons in domestic / Tech area after dewatering the tank using diesel engine pump sets and cleaning with a steel wire brush, removing mud, sludge, foreign articles, Algae etc and sand upto bottom level and washing with bleaching powder solution and applying one coat of white wash inside of tank including writing date of cleaning with white colour over black colour base of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sludge /waste material shall be thrown away from SWT premises where directed by Engr- in-charge.
