5.3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15<sup>0</sup> landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.9.2 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

5.9.20 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with water proof ply 12 mm thick

60.2.1 EARTH WORK FILLING- Supplying contractors own earth including cost of conveyance and royalty and filling (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.

5.CEMENT: Make use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

6.RCC: (Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube testing at Approved Govt labs as per IS) Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

7.STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference

8.CENTERING & SHUTTERING: (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)
