Firm who are traders/authorized agents, are requested to indicate name and address of manufacturer works and submit the TENDER SPECIFIC AUTHORIZATION letter from their manufacturer on their letterhead along with the tender. Non-submission of valid OEM TENDER SPECIFIC AUTHORIZATION letter will make their offer invalid and offer will be summarily rejected.

The item is reserved to procure from the OEMs or it's authorized agent of - (i) Make/Brands as per ICF Drg. No. ICF/SK3- 5-6-014, Item 5, Alt. j (i.e. M/s DORMA, M/S GEZE BOXER & M/s YALE) OR (ii) any other Make/Brand whose door closing mechanism is certified as per EN1154 and confirms to Table-1 of RCF drawing. Note: Firms who are quoting Make/brand other than M/s DORMA, M/s GEZE BOXER & M/s YALE, should submit valid EN 1154 certificate which fulfil requirements as per Table-1 of RCF drawing M1006232, Item-18 alt-d. Note (i). Firms quoting Make/Brand other than M/s DORMA, M/S GEZE BOXER & M/S YALE shall be required to submit valid EN 1154 certificate which fulfil requirements as per Table-1 of RCF drawing M1006232, Item-18 alt-d along with their offer, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference. (Remarks: The requirements of Table-1 of RCF drawing must be specifically mentioned in submitted EN 1154 certificate details otherwise submitted EN certificate will not be considered valid as per RCF drawing requirements) (ii). For tendered ICF Drawing approved Make/Models (i.e. M/s DORMA, M/s GEZE BOXER & M/s YALE), submission of EN 1154 certificate is not required

Firms who are quoting Make/brand other than M/s DORMA, M/s GEZE BOXER & M/s YALE, should submit valid EN 1154 certificate which fulfill requirements as per Table-1 of RCF drawing M1006232, Item-18 alt-d along with their offer and at the time of Inspection & supply. (Remarks: The requirements of Table-1 of RCF drawing must be specifically mentioned in submitted EN 1154 certificate details, otherwise submitted EN certificate will not be considered valid as per RCF drawing requirements). The onus of submission of valid EN certificate lies completely with the bidder; the authenticity of EN certificate will be checked and verified by Inspection agency at the time of Inspection

I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us i n accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) Special and (or) other Conditions specified/attached with the tender. I/We also Confirm that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. such terms quoted any where ells should be ignored.[Denial of this Conditions not recommended] Have you attached any performance statements separately.
