S & F Telephone socket / Jack with shutter, RJ-11, Modular type, One module including suitable modular type pressed metal flush box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet, modular type base / grid frame & cover frame complete all as directed

Internal Water Supply S & F 15 mm bore fancy type Chromium plated bib taps TWO WAY, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

External Water Supply: Construction of masonry valve chamber of size 900mmx900mmx900mm (internal) with 200mm thick PCC block masonry walls built in CM 1:6 over 100mm thick foundation foundation in PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 with 100mm offset, rendering internally and externally upto 15cm below GL in CM 1:6, 3mm thick MS cheet cover double leaf welded to 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame fixed with hold fats of suitable size fixed in PCC 1:2:4 coping 50mm thick, 20x6mm flat iron hinges with necessary locking arrangement including lock and key of standard brand, MS handle and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all the steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil/rock, returning filling as required and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

External Electric Supply: S & F street light bracket made of made of 40mm dia GI light grade pipe of 1.2m long bent to shape fixed with 2 sets of suitable MS clamps of size 40x5mm, bolts, nuts and washers including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F LED post top lantern with die cast aluminium spigot and lid cover, high efficient LEDs of 25 watts and clear acrylic cover, IP 65 necessary connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. S & F single core 2.5 Sqmm size cable [nominal area] PVC insulated unsheathed multistanded FRLS copper conductor cable 1100 Volts fixed to poles complete all as directed

Supply, install, test and commissioning of CPRI approved factory fabricated, outdoor type, LT distribution panel made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with projected globe roof, dust and vermin proof, double door with side opening including neoprene rubber gasket suitable for 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire system, including danger plate earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at rear side bottom detachable gland plate with suitable size zinc chromium plated nut, bolts and washers, etc and embedded with 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame 600mm above GL complete with internal connection with suitable size of cable lugs and glands including foundation in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 suitable for accommodating and comprising of the following:-

Air Conditioning: Supply, install, testing and commissioning of FIVE star rated Hi-Wall Split Units indoor/outdoor with cordless remote control unit and with in-built advanced Air filters for better indoor air quality with latest inverter technology, having Eco friendly refrigerant gas, copper condenser coil, EER 3.2 or above of capacity 2.0 TR, summer cool, inverter compressor, automatic 2D swing copper condenser, BLDC motor including provision of 5 KVA Voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type designed for input variation between 170 Volt to 250 Volt with output voltage stabilised at 230 Volts with accuracy + 2.5% complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
