Excavation in soil in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1 & 1603.2 sorting out useful/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if required). Recovery of useful stone of 4798.21 cum. @ 300/- per cum. amounting to Rs. 1439463/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leads and lift of materials or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etcetra and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated nominal mix 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated nominal mix 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand: ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement: Four sand: Eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated P.C.C. M-10 (ten) grade for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated grade M 25 (Twenty five) in superstructure complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 1401.4 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing TMT bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1001 including the cost of carriage of materials in all leads and lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1204 Coursed rubble masonry (2nd (second) sort) in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1204 Coursed rubble masonry (2nd (second) sort) in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of random rubble dry stone masonry for Retaining/Wall and Breast Wall for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 704.6 & 1604 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm (Six hundred millimetre) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specifications 1206.3 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1206 including carrige of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, and laying reinforced cement concrete 900mm diameter (Nine hundred millimeter) pipe NP3 as per design for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavations, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawings and technical specifications for Rural roads clause 1101 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying flooring rubble stone laid over Cement concrete bedding complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification Clause-1303 in Cement Mortar 1: 3( one cement : three sand) including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (four millimetre) diametre G.I. wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mm x 100mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighing not less than 25 Kg. (twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for cutting involved for sub grade) to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD. specifications complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub grade complete as per HPPWD Specifications complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates by mechanical means of 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fillup the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-2 (two) as per Technical Specification clause 405 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates by mechanical means of 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fillup the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3 (three) as per Technical Specification clause 405 complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm ( Zero point eight five kilogramme per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical specification Cluase 502 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges..

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg/sqm (zero point two seven five kilogramme per square metre ) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges.

Providing, laying and rolling by mechanical means with bitumen (VG-10/S-90) of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to surve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) static roller capacity, finished to requried level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical Sepcification Clause 508 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat Type-B by mechanical means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the sepcified levels, grade and crossfall using Bitumen (S-90) as per Technical Specificaiton Clause 508 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of V-Shape Drain with mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete M-10 (ten) grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) with thickness of concrete as 10cm (ten centimeter) and size of drain 45X25cm (forty five into twenty five centimeter) and curing complete including cost of form work consisting as per standard drawing and MORD. specifications clause 1606.1 as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of parapets in cement concrete 1:5:10( One cement :Five Sand :Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm(Forty millimetre) nominal size) with 15% (Fifteen percent) plums, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm (One hundred fifty millimetre to three hundred millimetre) and curing complete including the cost of Farm work with steel plates and filled by bitumen drums in dressiest as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
