The company/firm should have been in the business of providing Similar manpower services for last Five financial years (2020- 21 to 2024-25) to any Government offices in Karnataka

Attested copy of the Certificate of registration in the Labour Department, Provident Fund and ESI, GST, Professional tax registration certificate

Company should be ISO-9001 Certified for manpower supply

Attaching copy of registration in labor department (Form VI)

Attested copy of the Income Tax return filed by the Service Provider for the last Five years (financial years 2020- 21 to 2024-25) in the Income Tax Department and the clearances received if any

Certificate by Chartered Accountant for the Annual Turnover of Rs. 24.75 Lakhs relating to providing outsource personnel for the each of the last Five audited financial years i.e., 2020- 21 to 2024-25 with Balance sheet, Profit & Loss A/c

Certificate from the Banker that the bidder has liquid financial resources of not less than Rs.7.50 lakhs

Anti-collusion and self declaration certificate regarding not black listed by any firm/ Government agencies in the format set out in Appendix F and F1
