Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles in flooring, apron etc of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring using 20 to 25mm thick slabs, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. using 20 to 25mm thick slabs laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Steps, jambs, Pillars,Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

Taking down old metal flush box of any type and S & F of modular metal flush box 6 module to 8 module suitable for modular switch/socket complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The quoted rate shall includes all the cost of cutting, chasing, cementing work and making all the disturbed surfaces of wall good to match the existing wall along with same colour.

Taking down Split Air Conditioner including Outdoor unit of any description from its position and refixing the same after repairs to buildings, at same place or at new place including connecting up, cleaning, carrying out minor repairs and replacement of Nuts & Bolts etc. including MS Stand / Bracket suitable for fixing Outdoor Units of Split ACs of different capacities and necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The AC units taken down shall be kept in safe custody of the contractor and any damage to AC units shall be made good by thecontractor without any extra cost to the Department.

Taking down carefully complete fire alarm system including MCP, hooter, smoke detectors etc and refixing the same after completion of B/R works complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Taking down existing Ceiling Fan of any description and refixing the same after repairs to buildings at same location or at new location, connecting up and testing including provision of Spares such as Capacitor 2.5 Mfd, Bearings, Shaft Bushes, Capacitor, Cotter Pin, Clamps, Rubber Bushes, Nuts & Bolts, three core PVC insulated sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm, etc. as required including cleaning, greasing and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of zinc chrome primer after filling cavities with filler and complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding of motors wherever required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BoQ.

Supplying, laying and testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable, unarmoured, electric control cables (heavy duty) , ISI marked with stranded copper conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 4 Core, 50 Sq.mm cross section complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
