Transportation of rig machine, air compressor, OP unit, camp equipage, connected T&P and necessary material required for drilling up to Salempur Khurd Tubewell site

Dismantling of rig machine and other equipments complete with site clearance.

Drilling of borehole from GL to 100 BGL mtr.of minimum pilot bore size 550 mm.after reaming including water arrangement for drilling, back ashing ,collecting of samples from different strata, prepairing and submitting strata chart etc. complete.

Preparing & Lowering of TW assembly starting from GL to the required depth including cutting welding as required at site complete with all T&P required and size as given below :

Supply of TW assembly conforming to IS-4270 or latest IS code as per size given below :

300mm dia 7.9 mm thick MSERW plain housing pipe.

300mm dia 7.9 mm thick MSERW slotted pipe, Slot size 75mm x 1.6mm (3” x 1/16”) in zigzag system in the group of four slots. (Approx. 1470 slots per mtr.)

Shrouding of pea gravel in between bore and TW assembly to entire depth of TW.

Supply of Pea gravel 2mm to 3mm size duly screened and washed as per IS 4097-1667 for tube well site.

Supply & fixing 8 mm thick T.W. cap. 300 mm dia.

Supply & fixing of MS Housing clamp (Heavy duty) 300 mm dia with two numbers MS channel of size 200 mm and 3000 mm length for supporting the clamp.

Supply and fixing of MS Bail plug of 300 mm dia with nuts & bolts. The hook made out from 25 mm dia MS rod.

Development of tube well by min. capacity 250 PSI air compressor unit for the satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge to give sand free discharge and proper packing of Pea gravel.

Development of tube well by the suitable submersible pump set, O.P. Unit complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant having minimum 2000 LPM discharge approx to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge.

Chemical & bacteriological test of water sample after satisfactory completion of yield test by O.P. Unit.(From PCRI B.H.E.L Haridwar)
