Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees up to any girth , removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned including removal and reuse of top organic soil up to any thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 within all leads, lifts/depths or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of reference pillars as per Fig. 1600.1 (b) as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1602.1 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of back pillars as per Fig. 1600.1( c) as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1602.3 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Job pillars as per Fig. 1600.1 (d) and Technical Specification Clause 1602.4 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in soil in hilly areas in all heights and depths, in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work (both in soft and hard rock) with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering wherever required, setting out to the required lines, grades, side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1 & 1603.2, sorting out useful/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of useful materials for filling in road-ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along-with its levelling, fine dressing and including all labour, machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if required). Recovery of useful stone of 3737.33 cum. @ 300/- per cum. amounting to Rs. 11,21,199/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads clause 305 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead, and lifts, including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etcetra and to protect stability of hill side, rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and levels as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with-in the excavation due to stream, flow, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removal by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and Laying flooring rubble stone laid over Cement concrete bedding complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification Clause-1303 in Cement Mortar 1: 3( one cement : three sand) including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (four millimetre) diametre G.I. wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mm x 100mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighing not less than 25 Kg. (twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of unlined surface drains by manual / mechanical means of average cross-sectional area 0.40 (zero point four zero) square metre in all kind of soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment as per Technical Specification Clause 307 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect.

Construction of parapets in cement concrete 1:5:10( One cement :Five Sand :Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm(Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of Form work with steel plates as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing of citizen information board as per specification and drawing two M.S. plate 1.6 mm thick duly welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm on edges , supported with 2 nos vertical post and 2 nos horizontal post mase of 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes duly embedded in and including cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm below ground level. All M.S . will be stove enameded on both side Lettering and painting with ready mixed synthic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All section of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical NABARD informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing.Three MS plates of 1.6mm (one point six millimeter) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm (twenty five millimeters x five millimeter) size on back on edges.The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeters x twenty five millimetres x five millimeters). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 (two) Nos. 75mm x 75mm (seventy five millimeters x seventy five millimetres) of 12 (twelve) SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade blocks of 450mmx450 mmx 600mm (four hundred fifty millimetres x four hundred fifty millimetre x six hundred millimetre) 600 mm (six hundred millimetre) below ground level.The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x47mm (forty seven millimetre into forty seven millimetre) of 12 (twelve) SWG steel plate tube. Providing and fixing 5th (fifth) kilometer stone (Pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 (fifteen) grade of standard design as per IRC : 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ordinary kilometer stone (Pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 (fifteen) grade of standard design as per IRC : 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 200 meter stone (Pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 (fifteen) grade of standard design as per IRC : 26 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Grassing with large grasses (large rhizomatous type, like samll bamboos) Planting rooted rhizomes of large stature grasses on slopes, including supplying clumps of appropriate grasses, spliting into separate viable rhizome sections, trimming roots, preparing lines, digging planting hole to a max of 5 cm depth with metal rod or wooden peg depending on nature of soil planting rhizomes at the spacing specified, and subsequent watering (if necessary) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

On embankment slopes in plain areas and fill slopes <15°, plants at 10 cm (Ten centimetre) spacings within the row; the first row is 0.75 m (Zero point seven five metre) from the edge of the pavement and subsequent rows are spaced at 1 m (One metre) intervals down.

On fill slopes of 15 to 34° and cut slopes upto 45° plants at 10 cm (Ten centimetre) spacing within the row; rows spaced at 0.5 m (Zero point five metre) intervals.
