M&L for cleaning of septic tanks (any capacity) by dewatering sludge water and removing sludge/waste material etc. to a distance n. exc 50 M and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate).

M&L dewatering of soak well by pumping or any suitable means dia of soak well exceeding 2.50 m and n. exc 3.00 m and depth not exc 3.00 m complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of manholes n. exc 1.5 m deep and removing sludge / waste materials etc to a distance n. exc 50 m and burrying in pits and re-filling the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate).

Cleaning of chocked sewage line of any description and any size by rodding with bamboo stick/cane stick complete well flushing with water complete and all as directed by Engr-In-Chrage

Demolition and breaking up of sewage line (SGSW pipes) 150mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as directed.

All as per item No 5 above but 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreadiing, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in concrete bed to pipe including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 100 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in concrete bed to pipe including packing under and huching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and Labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing comound conforming to relevent I S complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of soakage well, excavation in soft/loose soil foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wall of honey combed and solid brick work RCC 1:1.5:3 concrete including intercepting chamber, screen chamber, brick work in cement mortar, RCC cover slab in RCC 1:1.5:3, brick masonary, filling brick bats complete of size 2.40 m dia x 3.00 m deep and abandon of old soakage well by filling with earth including connection of old septic tank etc as shown in (Drg No. CEJZ/STD-301/90 sheet No. 1/4 to 4/4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC manhole cover/drain cover of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers, set in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded storne agg) as in coping/haunching and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel, drain and manholes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type-B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished for 150mm dia to 300mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel deformed bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No- 30 above but 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks ,man hole cover frame and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.
