Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each including iron mongries, hold fast etc and including making good disturbed portions of walls in Cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel door including projecting type hinges, steel handle, complete,with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including flat sheet ,all acessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair steel windows with pressed steel frame (size 95mm x 45mm x 1.25 mm ) side hung shutter including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay with glazed openable shutter with glazing bar ( open out side ) and wire gauged openable shutter without glazing bar ( open inside ) dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and all as per DRG No TD/088 dt 07 Jan 2002 Note :- (i) Two shutters ie wire guaged and glazed shall be fixed in one composite frame and both shutter shall be measured as one unit (II) rate for filling PCC in frame deemed to be included in quoted rates (iii) MS grill,glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item of schedule

S & F Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings,framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanized mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned stacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Sheet glass 3.0 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads n exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Removing Demolished material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in holdfast and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete, type C 2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.
