The Tenderer should have executed the works / have experience in similar works in any of the following organizations during last five (5) years In any Central Govt. / State Govt./ PSUs / Govt. bodies / MES/ Railway / CPWD / KPWD /All Metro Rail Corporation Ltd/ Reputed Pvt. Organizations. Each Tenderer in its name should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works as a prime contractor during last five (05) years either of 1) One (01) similar work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs 49.73 Lakhs or 2)Two (02) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 38.98 Lakhs or 3)Three (03) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 29.23 Lakhs. Executed in the last five (05) years, the minimum quantity of work is as follows: Painting 24,270.0 Sqm. Note: 1. Similar Works means Building Painting Works. 2)Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of Tender submission (i.e. gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily. 3) Last five (5) years shall be counted from 28 days prior to the date of submission of Tender. 4) In case the Tenderer has executed works/ contract for a client, which includes other works in addition to similar woks, then the Tenderer should provide a client certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the similar work in support of work experience. 5) Work Completion Certificate shall be certified by Executive Engineer or above rank and considered to be valid. 6) Similar work value shall be Excl of GST. In case, the completion certificate does not specify the applicable GST, the value provided shall be deemed Incl. of GST and value calculated Excl of GST. 7) Also, Tenderer involved in Litigation/ Arbitration/Blacklisted tenderer (including BMRCL) are not eligible for participation in this tender.

Availability by owning of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work: and can also be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents for availability for this work are furnished. a) Fall Protection -10 Nos. b)Scaffolding materials, ladders and other tools etc., -300sqm

Each tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. achieved in at least three financial years a average annual financial turnover of Rs 29.23 Lakhs. as per ITT clause 3.4(a)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 29.23Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc. (as per ITT clause 3.5b)
