Section 100-For house no. T- 21 to 35

RCC BED BLOCK (610 mm x 250 mm x 300 mm deep) : Carefully removing the top kotah stone & Brick masonary wall up to required length and depth to accommodate BED BLOCK. Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 Bed Block as per drawings & details, including Exposed quality formwork, necessary grooves at junctions of Brick and RCC. Curing & Finishing it properly after deshuttering. The job also includes installtion of reinforcement and M S Insert plates as per drawings. However the payment for reinforcement and Insert plates will be made in seperate items. The rate shall be inclusive of neccessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 8 x 3 buildings = 24 nos. for total three buildings)

Providing, fabricating and placing in position, HYSD reinforcing bars,including binding with annealed binding wire for R.C elements, wastage, spacers, cover block, etc. all complete for all diameters and as per specifications. (8 mm dia stirrups and 12 mm Dia main, TOR steel for bed block as reinforcement).The rate shall be inclusive of neccessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 50 x 3 buildings = 150 kgs.. for total three buildings)

Providing ,Fabricating & Erection of M.S. 10 mm thick Insert plates (250 mm x 300 mm) with 12 mm Dia. MS round bars on RCC Bed block with all necessary required fillet weld, NUTS,BOLTS etc. with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer it as per drawings & details.The rate shall be inclusive of neccessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 400 x 3 buildings = 1200 kgs. for total three buildings) Basic rate of F O R SITE of Mild Steel = Rs.58/- per kgs including trasportion but excluding GST.

Removal of China mosaic, Brick bat coba water proofing exposing the RCC slab to accomodate insert plate of size 250 mm x 300 mm including re doing the same teartment again ( using good quality water proofing compound also) after insallation of Insert plates as per drawings & details.The rate shall be inclusive of neccessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 68 x 3 buildings = 204 nos. for total three buildings)

Providing, Fabricating & Erection of HILTI / ITW CHEMICAL Anchor fastners 12 mm Dia x 100 mm for fixing insert plates on existing RCC slab with all necessary required chemicals etc. as per drawings & details. TATA or equivalent as approved by the in charge engineer.The rate shall be inclusive of neccessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 300 x 3 buildings = 900 nos. for total three buildings)

TATA or equivalent as approved by the in charge engineer. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. Section 200-For regular faculty houses and other houses UPPER TERRACE LEVEL

Removal of China mosaic, Brick bat coba water proofing exposing the RCC slab to accommodate insert plate of size 250 mm x 300 mm including re-doing the same treatment again ( using good quality water proofing compound also) after installation of Insert plates as per drawings & details. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding, etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 12 x 30 buildings = 360 nos.)

Providing ,Fabricating & Erection of M.S. 10 mm thick Insert plates (250 mm x 300 mm) and 6 mm junction plates for roofing with all necessary required fillet weld etc. with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer as per drawings & details. WASTAGE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR PAYMENT. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 1500 x 30 buildings = 45,000 kgs). Section 300-For regular faculty houses and other houses LOWER TERRACE LEVEL

The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding, etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 4 x 30 buildings = 120 nos.)

Providing ,Fabricating & Erection of M.S. pipe structure / BOX sections ( RHS 96 x 48 x 4 mm ) for roofing with all necessary required hardware and fillet weld etc. with TWO OR MORE COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer as per suggested by in charge Engineer. TATA or ASIAN TUBE as approved by the in charge Engineer. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. WESTAGE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR PAYMENT. (For information - Quantity break up -One building = 900 x 30 buildings = 27,000 KGS). Basic rate of F O R SITE of Mild Steel = Rs.58/- per kgs including trasportion but excluding GST.

Supply & Installation of Two part Apron flashing made from color coated galvalume 0.50mm TCT High tensile steel with min 550 MPa yield strength & metallic hot-dipped coated with AZ150 having girth of 300 mm for each piece. The part -1 of Apron flashing should be fixed in position with help of Dash fastener of size 50x 6 mm pin type & 50mm overlap of the flashing should be treated with silicon sealant to prevent water leakage. Part – 2 flashing should be fixed to cover the head of the dash fastener already fixed to the wall & the bent lip of the flashing should be inserted into the gap (zari – 2 mm x 32mm deep) made with grinder in the wall.
