Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC(1:3:6), type C-1, ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer throughvibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand set and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of chequered tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edges,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast PCC Chequared tiles prepolished machine pressed chemically treated for antifurgal 300 X 300mm size X 25 mm thick of approved coloured and Q design set, jointed and pointed using with grey cement and pigment in floors, paving tc including the setting and jointing in neat cement paste and slurry 0.3 kg/Sqm over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of chequered tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6).complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4).complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Old serviceable bricks shall be obtained from item No 7 here-in -above)

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain with and including neceaary formwork.complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of chajjas and brick walls etc incl raking out joints, hecking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of blockage of Indian/European type water closet by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by opening the inspection eye by using cleaning rod etc till clear flow of water is observed and finally cleaning the water closet by flush of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of floor/nahani/waste pipe of wash hand basin/sink/bath rooms/kitchen by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage line (drain pipe) from manhole or from cleaning eyes or from inspection chamber towards septic tank / soak well by roding, watering and removing the solid /liquid sludge and foreign materials completely from inside pipe and depositing in a excavated pit to a distance exceding 50 m where directed includingnecessary returing filling and removing of surfalus soil if any after deposting sludge for 100 mm bore of pipe and below sprinking , blenching powder around and surrounding areas of the deposting areas..

All as per item No 17 above but for 150 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of septic tanks/manholes soak well etc by de-watering and setting out liquid sludge or any foreign materials from inside and removing to a distance exc. 100 mtr and depositing in a excavated pits to a distance exc. 100 mtr where dirrected including necessary returning filling and removing of surplus soil if any after depositing sludge and sprinkling of bleaching powder all around of pit/ pits,including covering with a layer of earth and respositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab, complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 19 above but for dense sludge etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete specifically provided for manhole cover slabs etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for providing pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab set in cement concrete 1:6 including necessary form work all as directed. (Note:-Reinforcement measured and paid separately).

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips ,complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing even and fair mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement,complete all as specified and directed Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.

Supply only integral water proofing compound etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in coping.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing the cement concrete / plaster surfaces such as benching to manholes etc even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend of any radius with oval shape cleaning door eye including cutting holes to brick walls, built in cement mortar and maikng good the holes with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with finishing the surfaces of plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to match the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall incl taking down old and U/S CI/PVC/AC soil pipe including fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 32 above but for 75mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 50mm bore PVC (SWR) low density polyethylene (LDPE) pipes of single socketed, in any lenth with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR), P trap 110mm dia etc complete all as specified and as directed.
