Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking outthe pipes manually / by machanical means, breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes, lead at site within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Up to 150 mm diameter

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge1:3:6 or richer mix.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Cement plaster skirting (up to 30 cm height) with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick

Painting with aluminium enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours White, Ivory,Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) with a base coat of white washing with lime.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade -Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters ,window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width of aperture 1.4mm with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISl marked bright finished or /and black enamelled Anodised Aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I)non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hardwood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or crossbands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain 1.0 mm thick.

Providing and fixing 28mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenious fine cellular structure havingsmooth outer integral skinhaving 71mm width and 28mm thick as vertical and horizontal style. Joints are made using solvent adhesive GI'C section (39mmx19mmx0.6mm thick) or M.S pipe (40mmx20mm) stiffner frame insert and telescopic polymeric 'L' corner. The panel shall be filled with 3mm thick high-pressuer compact laminated as per manufacturer specifications and direction of engineer incharge, covering moulding shall be provided for covering fixing screwsand elegant look ( for W.C bathroom door shutters).

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixingin position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. asrequired. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angleironand 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittingscomplete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross sq.piece.

Providing and fixing PTMT C.P. towel ring trapezoidal shape 215mm long, 200mm wide with a minimum distances of 37mm from wall face with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colours weighing not less than 80 gms.

Providing and fixing PTMT C.P.towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden 600mm long towel rail with total length of 645mm, width 78mm and effective height of 88mm, weighing not less than 190gms.

6 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
