Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Capacity Enhancement of Integrated Passenger Terminal Building at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata including Extension of SHA, Covering of existing Cut Outs, Earth Work,Ventilation shaft diversion, RCC/Composite Steel Structure/Steel Structure, Aluminium Profile sheet insulated roofing with safety system, and steel structure, Brick Work / AAC Block work, Aluminium /Glazed façade, Automatic Sliding Doors, Stainless Steel Railings, Cladding works, Flooring, False Ceiling,Interior Works, Sanitary,Plumbing and Water Supply works, Drainage system, Internal & External Electrification, Lighting (Internal & External, Facade), Power Supply System , HVAC system, Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm Detection System, Way Finding Signages, Building Signage, Escalators, pumps, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), etc. as per drawings, Specifications, Codes and Practices contained in tender document. The detailed design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by ICAO,DGCA, AAI, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, IS, IEC,ECBC etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements i/c optimization of energy efficiency complete as required. Scope of work shall also cover DLP of 02 years after actual completion of work. Note: The bidder shall quote the offer excluding GST,ESI & PF (Employer’s Contribution).
