Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified.

M&L 40 mm thick tiles bedded in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted in 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil. Complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with the water to remove dust etc.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (of square shape) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 all as specifed and directed.

All as per item no 1.006 but using as skirting/dado including screed bed10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in CM 1:3.

S&F Non - skid Ceramic color tiles 8 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 .complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 1.008 but using as skirting/dado including screed bed10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in CM 1:3.

S&F Non - skid Ceramic color tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7/600x 300x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match including screed bed10 mm thick for wall tiling etc. in CM 1:3. complete all as specified.

M&L pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps,skirting, dado and pillar over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including 15 mm thick for in CM 1:4 for wall tiling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) (Single Piece) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of Green Marble types including wax polishing including 20 mm thick for in CM 1:6 for wall tiling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab of approved quality (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4.as specified.

M&L for Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thickness of granite stone any description of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. completeall as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base for floor.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in sub base for floor.

M&L cement concrete Type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection, laid in alternate bays, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar and removing the debris from MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate graded stone) aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span etc complete.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Providing precast reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm aggregate for cover slab set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work.

Dismantling timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 sqcm in section complete all as specified.

M&L second class hard wood clean sawn in scantling etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St.-240

M&L 1.00 mm thick Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut to size, holes punch headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitred angle etc are required complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting Holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfast ,pipes or steel sections and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required exc half brick but n exc one brick etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L Examining concrete by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder upto 5-10 mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing unsound weak/ loose concrete/ cover & concrete around the rebars upto 10 mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the sound concrete, daily cleaning and stacking of debris at prescribed location in polypropylene/ paper bags, disposing off the debris so generated on weekly basis outside the premises. etc, complete with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning as directed & specified all rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using rust remover Reebaklens RR or equivalent - Rust remover, cleaning and etching agent, having Specific Gravity 1.16 - 1.22 @ 25°C. Reebaklens RR cleaning agent is a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents and is supplied as a clear green solution. Application of Reebaklens RR with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours followed by cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete as specified. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-incharge.

M&L for drilling and fixing 12mm dia upto 50-75 mm long injection packer in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner in reinforced concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Return Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun fix inside the hole by using Epoxy chemical anchoring Lokfix E77 or approved equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing system for minimum of 40 Mins before grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface , after completion of work etc. complete with necessary scaffolding, all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Providing and executing injection/pressure grouting in cracks in the parent concrete by fixing PVC nipples at 150 mm to 200 mm distance or specified distances as per design and detailed specifications. Pressure grouting using low viscous epoxy grout Conbextra EP 10(M) of Fosroc or equivalent having mix density 1060 kg/m3,Compressive Strength(ASTM D695)-60 N/mm2,Tensile Strength(ASTM C 304-97)-20 N/mm2,Flexural strength(BS 6319 Part 4)-45 N/mm2.Pressure grouting shall be done at required pressure etc. shall complete as directed by EIC.

Providing & applying inhibition coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after drying & also new bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified. Nitozinc Primer or equivalent - Two component epoxy zincrich primer based on metallic zinc and epoxy resin which on mixing gives a grey coloured liquid. An Anti corrosive coat contents Active 'Zinc-rich' system which combats corrosion by electro chemical means. having specific gravity of 1.75, Adhesive bond strength > 1.5 N/mm2 Zinc content >84 % by weight, 40 microns DFT, Fully dry/ Recoatable - 45 minutes to 1 hour. Typical application includes surface preparations by cleaning steel surface to a bright condition paying particular attention to the back of exposed steel bars, mixed two components slow speed heavy duty drill fitted with a paddle, applying unbroken coat with suitable brush and allow to dry, after 30 mins apply second coat to ensure complete cover to exposed steel/ rebar etc complete. Total Dry film thickness is 40 microns. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge.

Providing and applying Epoxy bonding agent on the prepared surface to receive polymer modified mortar/polymer modified micro concrete, with two component epoxy based bonding coat Nitobond EP Std of Fosroc make or equivalent, having Compressive strength(BS 6319 Pt.2)- 40 Mpa at 7 days, Flexural strength strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)- 25 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 Pt.7)- 15 Mpa at 7 days, Bond Strength (ASTM C881)- 11 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 3 Hrs at 35 °C. Laying of reinstatement polymer modified mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. The bond coat act as a bonding coat between old and new concrete. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, Shuttering Supporting material and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-incharge

Providing and laying of polymer modified single component fibre reinforced, thixotropic, dual shrinkage compensate cementitious patch repair mortar Renderoc HSxtra of Fosroc make or equivalent that achieves compressive strength (BS 6319 Pt. 2)-50 Mpa at 7 day & 70 Mpa at 28 days, Tensil Strength(BS 6319 Pt.7) > 4 Mpa at 28 Days, Flexural Strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)>9 Mpa at 28 days, Fire resistance (EN1504-3 cl 5.5)- Class A1. Finishing the same with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs, piles etc., where the thickness of application is less than 50 mm in patches as per specification after applying of epoxy bonding coat. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge. Payment shall be made as per actual site measurement.

Providing and applying polymer modified Non shrink high strength microconcrete like Renderoc RGM of Fosroc make or equivalent having compressive strength (ASTM C109)-24MPa at 1day, 55 Mpa at 7days & 65 MPa at 28 Days, Tensile strength- 3.5 Mpa @ 28 Days, Flexural Strength(BS 4551-80)-10 Mpa at 28 Days, Young's modulus-28 kN/mm2, Coefficient of thermal Expansion - 11X10-6°C, Fresh wet density - 2100-2200 Kg/m3. Pouring the same into the leak proof formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, Shuttering Supporting material and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge

Carbon Fibre Wrapping - Nitowrap CWS – 230 GSM Providing and carrying out Fosroc make carbon fibre wrapping Nitowrap CWS (230 GSM) - High Performance high strength, carbon fibre system for structural strengthening to R.C. members. Surface Preparation : Proper surface preparation to be carried out including cleaning, removal of loose material, dust etc, executing required repairing like epoxy injection grouting, polymer modified mortar, epoxy touching Putty , rounding off edges of structural members to 25mm etc .Application : Prepared substrate shall be primed with Nitowrap 30 epoxy primer supplied in pack size 4 Lit (Base-4.1 kg and Hardener - 0.46 kg) at a coverage of 8-10 m2/litre/coat, allow the primer to cure for 24 hours followed by application of first coat of saturant Nitowrap 410 supplied in pack size 5kg ( Base - 3kg and hardener - 2kg) (having Tensile strength >30 MPa; Elongation > 2.1% ; Fibre strength > 4900 MPa ; Fibre E-Modulus >230 GPa & Flexural Modulus > 1700 MPa when tested as per ASTM D638 Type I and ASTM D 790 & Glass Transition Temperature > 50 °C as per ASTM E 1356) to be carried out at a coverage of 3.5 to 4 m2/lit/Coat at around 250 microns WFT, cutting of Nitowrap CWS (available in standard roll width of 500 mm and roll length of 50 mtr & 100 mtr) in required size and wrap over wet saturant keeping minimum 150 mm overlap, rolling the same using hard roller to impragnent saturant and again applying second coat of saturant using suitable bush or roller etc, completing as per specification and as directed by Engg.-in-charge. Nitowrap CW fabric used shall exhibit the following properties - fiber density of 1.8 g/cc, dry fibre thickness 0.40mm and shall have tensile strength > 4900 MPa ; tensile modulus > 230 GPa and ultimate elongation of 2.1%.The adhesion of the entire system(FRP Sheet, Saturant and primer combined) with concrete shall be > 3.5 MPa with concrete failure as per ASTM D 4541. M&L for35 mm thick Factory made shutter with 2nd class HW Rail & style Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treateds complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made Second class hardwood glazed and skelton shutters 35 mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ wire mesh, gauze etc with sash bar any number fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, gauze etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I section 8, Section 8.24(a) and fitted to chowkats, all as specified and as directed. Note : Glass/ Wiremesh shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood polymer composite) solid door/ wndow / ceosetory windows & other frames/chowkats of size 65x100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58N/mm², modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasterners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note : For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made).

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening complete as per specified.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site complete as per specified.

M&L for Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2,4, or 6 raised panel design with 5mm thick Moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 5mm plain colour PVC prelam sheet on back face supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete as per specified.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories for window Area exceeding 2.00 sqm each. Supplying and installing rectangular uPVC louver windows with fixed and exhaust with frame dimension of 58mm x 36mm for windows with aluminium powder coated framework and glass blades for louvers with corners fusion welded, fully reinforced with Galvanized steel of 1.2mm . The windows must be installed complete with all kinds of ironmongery (including EPDM gaskets,bridging wedges and glass packers) and with suitable water draining system. Note : The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.

(Note : Four runs of 10 Sqmm copper wire with two run of 10 Sqmm copper wire shall be measured as one unit.)
