Supply, delivery and storage at site the following spares for damaged motor starter panel no 2 : -

Supply of movable horizontally isolation type rack in trolley consists of 400 A, 7.2 KV Vacuum contactor coupled with short operating shaft and electromagnetic actuation assembly with 250 A HV HRC fuse for back up protection of existing 1260 KW Induction motor with Potential Transformer of rating 6600/√3/ 110/√3/ 110/3 V of Class 0.5 and burden 50 VA/PH as per IS-3166/1992 along with incoming and outgoing male-female assembly, bushing and post insulator having equivalent dimension of existing Siemens make VCU panel of Model No. 3TL8100-3BF55 . Vacuum contactor should be of robust design having 1 million mechanical service life and have lower chopping current preferably below 0.6A for restricting overvoltage during pole separation and suitable for higher switching frequencies of 1200 cycles/hour which will be identical to the existing trolley & 100% Interchangeable in existing Siemens panel of type 8BK80 Old, 600 mm Width. Sindhap Water Treatment Plant :-

Supply, installation of Power Bank of 240V AC input and 110V DC output required for constant DC voltage supply at spring charge motor in 11KV VCB at a suitable position in the sub-station room including control & modification of the same as per requirement by supplying necessary control wires, spares etc. as per direction of EIC. (With digital 110V for continuous monitoring).

Fitting fixing of the above new supply materials at respective pumping stations on existing position part by part by expert engineer and also commissioning by depute service engineer of parent company to complete the job as per direction of EIC.
