Excavation over areas, not exc exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard rock, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, footing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm including clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm including clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, formwork to Rough finished surfaces of concrete , sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, tie beams, columns and stanchions rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in Antenna towers and similar work in platforms at top of the tower conforming to Fe.IS 2062/8500 using Angle Iron130*130*10mm/110*110*10mm/100*100*8mm/100*100*6mm/90*90*6mm/75*75*6mm/50*50*5mm/40*40*5mm or nearest size as directed by GE before commencement of work. The work has to be carried out for a ht of 36M from base. The contractor has to provide all the safety precautions for working and erection of tower and also crane/machinery kept at site for rescue operations /assistance all as specified and directed. etc. Note: (i)The work has to be carried out in remote area near 29Q DET Kanyakumari Therefore one supervisor to be provided for the execution of work exclusively ii) The steel section shall be structural steel grade Fe IS 2062 for quality and IS 8500 for high strength requirement. (iii) The structural steel shall be obtained directly from the manufacturer or approved stockist and not to be taken from approved dealer. (iv) Nut and bolt for the fixing the base plate to concrete shall be measured separately. But the antenna structure all nut and bolt is included in the unit rate requested. (v). The contractor should see the site and fully be aware of the requirement of material and labor required for the work. Nothing extra will be entertained at a later stage. (vi)A rough indication or detail of antenna is given in the PS for guidance. The exact dimension and sketch shall be recommended by AGE and approved by GE before commencement.
