Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 metre complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Brick koba,PCC padding of roof including water proofing treatment)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, in roof padding for making good depressions / undulation in roof and maintain slope of roof complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing the surface of roof slab by brushing with wire brushes for removing loose/dirt materials etc with brooms or compressed air complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sq.metre complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with liquid water proofing compound on concrete surfaces of roof while concrete is grean and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L APP modified polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each over and including one coat of bitumen primer conforming to [email protected]/sqm by torch application method complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Manufacturer and Application of membranes shall be by the applicator of the specialized firm ie M/S Texsa India Ltd, M/S Takki Asphalt Ltd, M/S IWL India Liimited, M/S M K Products India Pvt Ltd,M/S Bebgal Bitumen, M/S Shalimar tar products Ltd or any approved make.

M&L 300x300x10 mm thick cool roof SRI tiles by using spacers 6 mm thick and grey cement based tile adhesive and grouted with epoxy grout over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with liquid water proofing compound on APP membrane complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, in PCC platform for water tank complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab and shelves/staging of tank supported on walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L use and waste of formwork to soffits of RCC Shelves and similar works not exc. 200 mm thick horizontal or slopping in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L use and waste of formwork to edges of RCC Shelves or similar work thickness exc. 05 cm and not exc. 10 cm in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 15 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparing newly plastered/unplastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on plastered surfaces,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of external wall including brooming down with steel wire brushing and applying two coat of cement base paint on external wallcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Raking out joints/pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed Jodhpur type complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L keyed pointing with white cement to squared rubble walling regular coursed Jodhpur type in CM (1:3)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing water tank capacity Exc 250 and n exc 500 litres and removal from existing platform to facilitate execution of roof treatment setting aside and re-fixing in same position after completion of roof treatment work complete and reconnecting with existing GI pipe lines etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down old un-serviceable 500 ltrs capacity water tank, S&F 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks white three layered (ISI marked) (Cylinderically vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion all as specified in SSR Part-I including PTMT ball valve heigh pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball suitable for 20mm bore pipe weight not less than 210gms complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down old un-serviceable 1000 ltrs capacity water tank, S&F 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks white three layered (ISI marked) (Cylinderically vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion all as specified in SSR Part-I including PTMT ball valve heigh pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball suitable for 20mm bore pipe weight not less than 210gms complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
