Removal of top hand rails of Natural Draft Cooling Tower 3 & 4 at the height of about 135m above ground level at RTPS

Work Experience: The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (At least 90% of the Contract value) as a prime contractor the bidder shall have successfully completed at least one work executed at higher elevations to a minimum height of 75.00 meters, retrofitting of Civil structures like Station Building or Chimney or Cooling Tower or Multi Storied buildings or overhead tank any structural steel fabrication work or painting works carried out in any Thermal Power Plants or other areas, work value not less than Rs.12.40 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in the last Five financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26). The certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations is to be uploaded in the Technical bid. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27)

Financial Turnover: The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in At least Two financial years an average annual Financial Turnover of value not less than Rs. 24.80 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) during the last five completed financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26). The bidder shall submit the certified copy of Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant for the respective two years & the same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27)

Any reputed individual/Company having valid KPWD contractor registration certificate of Class IV & above are eligible for participation for which scanned copy of the same shall be uploaded.

The bidder should upload the scan copy of Income tax PAN.

The bidder should upload the scan copy of valid GST registration certificate.

Tender capacity (A x N x 2.5 - B) where A- Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited for 0.25 years. B- Value at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next (3 Months) 0.25 year period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited and should upload self-declaration stating that the mentioned turnover of our firm is obtained by execution of works only.

The Bidders should upload the following declarations duly signed . I/we shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by KPCL/KPWD or by any State Government/Government of India/ Union Territory. II. I/we declares that EMD has not been forfeited and None of my contracts have been terminated/foreclosed on account of default in KPCL/KPWD or elsewhere during the past 3 (Three) years. III. My/our offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid. IV. I/we have studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read the Bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement. V. I/we shall pay fair and prevailing wages, which shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by GOK to the labours/workmen employed in the contract. VI. I/we have accepted the condition that KPCL reserves the right to foreclose the contract at any point of time without assigning any reason.
