Schedule A - Civil Works C/O. 6 NOS INTAKE CHAMBERS & Cut off walls Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft / hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in foundation and plinth and curing complete with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation and plinth.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metres thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth & string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness) portions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors roofs landing and like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in:-

Suspended floor, roofs, landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers etc. up to all floor level in all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metres thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth & string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing of Man hole cover (size 800x800) with MS sheet 0.63 mm thick fixed with hinges on MS. angle iron frame 32x32x3mm supporting with 25X3 mm MS flat with base frame 25x25x3mm duly welded and fixed in RCC slab with anchor bolt 12mmx125mm i/c cost of welding charges,carriage, fixing and applying priming coat and locking arrangement complete in all respect as per entired satisfiction of Engineer in charge.

Schedule B Gravity Mains & Distribution System outside / inside the village Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft / hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge.

Laying, jointing in trenches and testing galvanised mild steel tubes of light class as per IS:1239-1990 (Part-I) , screwed and socketted complete with tube fittings such as bends,tees, air valves collars etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
