1	Cleaning of ACP and Glass with 3M Glass Cleaner solution or equivalent, using spider rope system (Hanging methods). The Bidder shall inspect the site and the premises and if any additional scaffolding required for cleaning the façade shall be included in the quoted rate. No additional payment for scaffolding will be given. The area of measurement will be the elevation area and no additional payment will be given for mouldings and folding. Water (Portable) required for ACP /Façade cleaning (2000 litres) shall be refilled to the station tank located at the ground level. The rate quoted will be inclusive of this.	-	Sq.ft.	1.25	-
2	Filling of silicon sealant in the deteriorated area on the façade using brands Dow corning or equivalent. Becker Rods shall be inserted to the deteriorated area before filling the area with silicon sealant at no extra cost. Payment will be done for each tube of the sealant basis The rate includes all the labour charges	-	Each Tube	1.25	-
3	Painting the Façade with two coats of external emulsion as a touch up work including all cleaning and scrubbing at all heights (Hanging methods) using approved colour scheme by Architect in Charge.	-	Sq.ft.	1.25	-
