OD32189/2022-2023:Dismantling of the canal shutter (up to 2 tonne weight)/hoisting unit/ embedded parts etc. of the same and stacking at a distance of 100 metre including hire of machinery, labour etc. complete as directed by the departmental officer at the site. (Weight of the unserviceable shutters and embedded parts may be calculated as 60% and unserviceable hoisting units as 80%)

OD32229/2022-2023:Cleaning of grooves, seal tracks, roller tracks, removal of clams, calcium deposits including labour, machinery etc ( upto 3 tonne weight shutter)

Supply and fabrication of stainless steel shutter

85.105:Supply of SS plates of grade 304L including cost of conveyance charges

Painting, erection and trial run

OD8945/2023-2024:Overcoat painting all the exposed surfaces of the hoisting bridge and its components with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges, cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

OD1091/2023-2024:Erection of Canal shutter (upto 2 Tonne weight)/Hoisting bridge/ platform including handrails, ladder, etc. for the same including alignment correcting and setting complete including cost of all labour, machinery, incidental and conveyance, lead and lift charges, etc. complete but excluding cost of materials already supplied
