Material and labour in repair precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for jallies 25mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 including all moulding frame complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending hooking etc & binding with mild steel binding steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia confirming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing chain link fencing of any mesh and size incl screw, nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel iron posts and strut in fencing including cutting top to shape drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillet and similar work including all necessary drilling, bolting and revalting etc confirming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link fencing pitch or wires 50mm made of MS galvanised wire confirming to IS-2712-2003 (GI wire confirming to IS 280-2006 having zinc coating as laid down in IS:4826 hot dipped galvanised coating on round steel wires or IS-12753 electro galvanised coating on round wires having tensile strength within 400 to 500 MPa of standard rails staining bolts etc incl provn of binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coating mild steel galvanised chain link fencing 3.15 mm dia wire (excluding thickness of PVC coating) mesh size 50mm x 50mm pitch 50mm. (Note : Thickness of PVC coating shall not less than 1mm and wire diameter 5.15mm thick incl PVC coating) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only new chain link fencing including line wires any mesh any size and to any type standards rails, straning bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165;) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for framed work as in doors or gates and framed grills made of ornamental purpose of angle bars or other sections including plate, rails braces with ornamental and fabricate etc complete drilled for fixing of steel seating including prepared for hanging, sliding bolt, handle etc confirming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for GI 2 standard barbed wire 2.24mm dia wire with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed, icluding the necessary clearing of vegetation (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs for concertina coil of dia 450mm to 900mm and dia of wire 2.64mm having a core wire high carbon spacing steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-4454 (Pt-I) with a low carbon steel strip punched tape 19mm wide 0.5mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barbs/blades @ 25mm centre to centre punched all along the length on both the sides of strips at regular interval confirming to IS-513 including clearing of vegetation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken, rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel of any description exc 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backaing coat) removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured leather finish paver block supply and fixing in repair any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over a layer of fine river sand watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- sand will be measured paid for seperately under respected item supply only)

Supply only river bed fine sand for screed bed min 50mm thick for paving flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC coloured chequered tiles with white cement and pigment 25cm X 25cm X 25mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry as in path, pavement ,floors, etc. over 15mm thick screeding of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and aplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair double side retro reflective sign board of size (1200x900mm) fixed on stainless steel board. The board shall be made of two aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 4 mm thick fixed on SS 304 series hollow tubular section of 40 mm nominal dia including 3M (3630/3650 series) vinyl of background with high intensity promatic (HIP) reflective sheet, self adhesive graphic with 3M scotchal and mounting with 3M approved tensing system etc as directed by Engr-in-charge. The board shall be sheated with reflective tape of blue colour, letter/symbol shall be written in white colour writing of approved shape, size and font as directed by Engr-in-charge.The sign board supported on 02 Nos post of 60.3 mm outer dia stainless steel pipe 304 series 3.2m long with round moulded design on top welded with 04 Nos of 70 mm long SS 304 series hollow section of 40 mm nominal dia. The supporting pipe fixed on ground with PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 0.45m (W) x0.45m (L) x 0.6m depth including necessary excavation and PCC as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Grade of SS pipe shall be grade 304 Jindal and min wall thickness shall be 2.11 mm for 20mm outer dia and 2.77 mm for above 20 mm outer dia pipe including appropriate , all leads, lifts, taking down existing sign board complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc1.5m wide on plan in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified and directed.
