Supplying & drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed Cu wire (Finolex/RR Kabel/ Polycab) of the following sizes in 19 mm dia, 3 mm thick polythene pipe and by the 18 SWG GI fish wire and making necessary connections as required after cutting channel of size 40 mm x 40 mm on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. S & F heavy gauge 19 mm dia, 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG incl. supplying & drawing 18 SWG GI wire as fish wire & mending good damages to original finish by using own tools & tackles. 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sq. mm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sq. mm) as ECC. (HTPN DB to AC)

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets & insulated tapes etc., incl. supplying sockets, tapes. 2.5 sq. mm

Supply and delivery of 2.0 Ton high-wall split air conditioner having following specifications: Cooling capacity - 7.0 KW (Minimum) Minimum ISEER - 3.8, BEE levelling - 3 star (min) (1st July 22 to 31st December 2025) IS compliance - IS-1391 (Part-1 & Part-Il) with all amendments Refrigerant - R410A/R32 Compressor - Rotary/Scroll Evaporator & Condenser coil - Copper Operating outdoor temperature - 50°C and above Power supply - 230 V, 50Hz (‡ tolerance as per applicable standard) as directed by EIC. The scope of work also includes supply of the followings: (i) Necessary refrigeration copper line with nitrite rubber insulation and warping tape - 3 mtr. (ii) Necessary 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type make: Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel)- 3 mtr. and with 25 A plug top with indicator including necessary connections. (Legrand Myrius/ Honeywell MK). (iii) Controling remote with 2 nos of battery. [O General / Mitsubishi Electric / Zamils]

Installation,Testing & Commissioning of Indoor & Outdoor unit of above Hi wall split AC machine after making hole in wall etc as per direction of EIC including Supply of required Refrigant, S&F of necessary fixing arrangement for indoor and 40x40x5 mm MS angle iron frame for outdoor unit (or arrangement recomended by Manufacturer), duly painted, laying and making connection of refrigeration pipe, power cable, drain pipe etc as per direction of EIC.

S & F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr. For complete installation and commissioning of above AC machine. (i) Supply & Fixing of extra refrigerant pipe (as requisite dia) with nitrite rubber insulation and wrapping tape (Each mtr Refrigerent pipe will include cost of 1 meter liquid pipe line and 1 mtr gas pipe line of required dia and other accessories as required).

S & F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr. For complete installation and commissioning of above AC machine. (i) 2.5 sqmm, 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type - Make: Polycab/Finolex/RR Kabel).

Supply and Laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain Pipe 19 mm dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction of EIC (Make: Supreme/Oriplast).

Supply & fixing 240 V, 25 A modular type starter with 25 A modular switch type DP MCB (C Curve) and 4 module GI modular type switch board with 4 module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S & F switch board and cover plate and making necessary connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. (Make: North-West) (For AC)

Supplying & fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin modular type plug socket (Make: Legrand Myrius/Honeywell MK) without plug top and switch with 2 module GI modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necessary connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supplying & fixing of 240 V time sensor switch consisting of the following accessories: A) 240 V, 40 A, DP MCB isolator of breaking capacity 10 KA & C characteristics - 01 no. (Make: L & T), B) 24 hour digital timer switch (Make: L & T) - 01 no., C) 240 V 25A DP power contactor (Make: L & T) - 01 no., D) Auto manual toggle switch - 01 no., E) 240 V, 20 A, SP MCB of breaking capacity 10 KA & C characteristics (Make: L & T) - 01 no., F) LED indicator lamp - 01 no. red & 01 no. green in 2+10 way SPN MCB DB (Make: L & T) incl. lock & key arrangement concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. interconnection with suitable size of Cu wire & provision for earthing attachment. (For AC control)

Hiring charges for scaffolding by bamboo arrangement for smooth working & lifting of outdoor unit for installation including dismantling after completion of work. (Per storey per machine).

Dismantling of indoor and outdoor unit of old AC machines including refrigerant pipe from different locations and hand over to the authority.
