Excavation in foundation,trenches (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work,saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/ strutting,planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable of unuseable material/ soil separately & after excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation returning the excavated soil after laying jointing testing of pipes in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus Excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic,night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1:cement :6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygenal rubbe masonry ( un-coursed/broght to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with C.C 1:6:12(1cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in CM 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (1st class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks (Ist class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Slopped or battering surface

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like complete in all respect complete in all respects as per the directions and best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20cm wide complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, butresses, etc. plinth and string course complete job in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. in:

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and contilever complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in Cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) in foundation complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) Raised and cut pointing within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling under floor complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

40mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (base concrete to be paid for seperately) within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast terrazzo tiles 20mm thick with marbal chips of specified sizes laid in floors on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and policing complete with within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in MS frames of windows etc with MS flat welded with wire mash within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jump lock jamb beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed steel welded or regidly fixed together by machnical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jump including steel but things 2.50 mm thick with gaurds lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatement all the surface complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give and even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matterscomplete with in all leads & lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
