Demolition of brickwork or stone/PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas exc 1.5m deep and n. exc 3.0 m getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation / laying of pipe etc or n exc 10 Sqm on plan area for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n. exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for hump pipe complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) set in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed. (inner girth only measured)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated suitable soil all complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 250 mtr but not exc 500mtr and depositing where directed at a level of n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 1.5 KM but not exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level of n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all complete all as directed.

M&L for providing 200 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 300 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 450 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 600 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 bore of pipe 200 mm including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 bore of pipe 300 mm including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removimg the same to a distance of 1.5 KM including loading and dumping/levelling at the destination complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and granite laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as isub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness (ISI Marked) , (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer chemical coating on top surface, over white cement and pigment laid complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item No 24.00 but except paver block complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 80 mm thickness (ISI Marked) , (M-40 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer chemical coating on top surface, over white cement and pigment laid complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item No 26.00 but except paver block complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hard standing/path including spike rolling to surface and making impression of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for laying 400 micron polythene film (HDPE) sheet over sand cushioning, HDPER with minimum with 5m whitout joints 400 micron thickness manufactures by multilayer technology using 100% virgin material confrming to IS : 10889: 2004 black complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavements/hard standing of fluxtural strength 35 Kg/Sqcm in field using 400 Kg of cement/Cum thickness of concrete 25 cm thick or less or more including steel shuttering to concrete and finishing surface of concrete roads pavement by plate vibrator, floater when concrete is green etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) All joints shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Deduction for expansion joint shall be made in computing concrete qunatity.

M&L for forming contraction(Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing RCC precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including form work complete. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for steel reinforcement of CRS (corrosion resistance steel, Fe 500-D / 550-D) TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Ditto all per item No 34.00 above but round bar.
