M&L for cleaning of PVC service tank of capacity 500 Ltrs located at various places at any height by removing the inlet and outlet coupling connections; cleaning and removing all dirty/muddy water from the service tank, removing mud deposited on the tank floor, including scraping all the scale formation using hard scrubbers, brooms etc., cleaning inside surfaces using bleaching powder; writing the details of tanks like date of cleaning, capacity of tanks and due date for next cleaning etc. on the out side of the tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 10cm in white colour, over yellow background of size 60x40cm including cleaning of bottom surfaces of platform, replacement of unserviceable/ defective inlet and outlet coupling and fittings, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs Ball valves 20mm bore dia, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed [Minimum weight: 210gms] all as specified.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel heads Class-II, screwed both ends for iron pipe all as specified.

Taking up or down galvanized steel tubing 15mm bore with fittings.

Taking up or down galvanized steel tubing 20mm bore with fittings.

S&F GI tubes 15mm bore dia medium grade galvanized, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubes 20mm bore dia medium grade galvanized, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old GI tubing 20mm bore dia and connecting in new or old location including cleaning etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, triple layered of capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete including necessary GI tank nipples, taking down existing unserviceable tank all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 9 herein before but PVC tank of capacity 1000 Ltrs

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC tank cover suitable for 500/1000 Ltrs PVC tank with hinges etc. complete

Deduct: Amount of Schedule of Credit b/f from Sl. Page No. 16 of tender document i.e. Rs. 30,450.00
