a) Railway reserves the right to procure from proven sources having credentials of supplying the same/ similar items to any Zonal Railways/Production Units/ Government units and It is the responsibility of the tenderer to enclose the latest proof of a copy with the e-offer. (b) In case the tenderers do not submit the requisite documents as detailed above along with their e-offer then the tender will be Decided on the basis of their past supply performance records for similar item as available with IREPS/IMMIS. (c) Offers for Consignee inspection above 5 lakhs will be pass over without further any intimation. (D) Self declaration to be attached along with the tender that (a) "We have read/review the tender attached Drawing/Specification and supply accordingly and if we withdraw our offer at any stage after opening of the tender than we will be liable/responsible for it as per extent rule.".(b) Material will be directly delivered to the locations at (i)Kottavalasa(KTV) Railway station -03 No's (ii) Naupada(NWP) Railway station - 03 No's (iii) Duvvada (DVD ) railway station-03 Nos (iv) Simhachalem (SCM) Railway station-03 Nos (v) Bobilli(VBL) railway station - 03 Nos (e) Tenderer has to sign the attached drawing copy and upload in the tender without fail. (f) "Note: Non-compliance with any of the above may result in the offer being passed over without further intimation, and the offer will not be taken into consideration."

Material to be supplied on FOR Destination basis. No other FOR condition is acceptable.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

1) Every bidder should give GST IN number. Otherwise GST benefit will not be provided to the bidder. 2)All bidders are requested to give break up of basic rate and other charges to get benefit.

Tenderers /Bidder should go through the "Tender Condition w.e.f.31.12.2021" ECoR document available in the IREPS website before submitting their offers especially the clauses 4.0, 5.0 of the instruction to the tenderers pertaining to EMD and SD. Please note that as per the latest guidelines, noncompliance of EMD clause may lead to non consideration of the offers of the firms.
