Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for laying of GI/CI/DI pipe lines etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS column pipe medium grade of size 125mm dia '10' feet long flanged on both ends and slot made for submersible cable including nut bolts and rubber gasket, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and fixing of 100mm dia existing centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipes for water with socket and spigot ends suitable for rubber gasket push on joining, confirming to IS 8329:2000 having inside cement mortar lining and outside zinc coating with finishing layer of blue epoxy in standard length, classification "K-9" in standard length of 5.50/6.0 m including push on joint with cement mortar lining, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of joints & allied accessories for laying of pipeline shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for masonary valve pit of size 1.2mx1.2mx1.1 m (internal size) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, brick wall with sub class `B’ bricks built in cement mortar 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping, rendering in cement mortar (1:4) of 15mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 2mm thick fixed to MS angle frame made out of 50x50x6mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangements including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing underground cast iron water mains upto 300 mm dia and for a depth upto 3m including providing and inserting DI Tee, jointing material, jointing and making connection including earth work, dewatering of existing pipe line water including making all connections etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CI/GI specials such as bends, tees, collars tail pieces, flanges, socket, elbow, tee, reducers etc, suitable for CI/GI mains of size upto 300mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring under road/path/hard standing to pass the Pipe lines upto 300mm dia bore with the own arrangement of T&P, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Submersible pumping set (02 Nos pump sets) with motor of discharge capacity not less than 1500 LPM at 75 Mtr head suitable for a bore of 300/350mm including three Phase 50 HZ, 415 volts electric motor of 50 HP suitable capacity with all accessories for proper functioning of pumping set, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Submersible Cable 16.0 Sqmm flat three core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed copper conductor 1100 Volts for Submersible Pump Motor, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 cm x 600 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 50mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including exluvation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced.
