Demolition of PCC (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness,(below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in benching, coping for drain, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bedding shall be measured and paid separately all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bedding shall be measured and paid separately all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 300mmx200mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any desription incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) with WPC @2% weight of cement on fair faces of brick work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item).

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) for finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling and fair finished without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and Labours for two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on newly plastered surfaces of walls incl. necessary preparation of surfacesall as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed .

Material and labour Prepainted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having temsile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated MS sheeting grade of zinc coating 275 with two corrugation side laps fixed with 'L' or 'J' hooks and washers in roofs complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified and directed

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC SWR bends of any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC (SWR) junction single 'T' equal or unequal with access door Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing vitreous china squatting pan"Orissa" pattern size 580x440mm white with intgeral foot rests(excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with 'P' or 'S" trap fron or back inlet etc including connection to trap tand flushing pipe and provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed in repairs including demolition of existing one all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair Vitreous China, semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo-Indian Type) white ncluding pedestal pan and trap, connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisiphonage pipe, etc (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 15 mm bore stop cock,(angle valve) cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pre-ssure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs bib taps cast copper alloy 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs pillar taps 15mm bore CP chromium plated alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix as in repair 15mm bore Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm- 125gms).complete and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Towel Rail 600mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats. (Minimum weight 190gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs to PVC valveless, symphonic action type , flushing cistern, low level, coloured with inlet, ball valve, float and handle incl brackets with 450mm long pvc connection outlet flushing pipe of capacity 10ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair curtain rails,anodised aluminium alloy chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs,washer and waste; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe over all size 915 x 460 mm bowl size 410 x330 x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair Vitreous China wash basin , white, flat bak, size 580x450mm excluding taps, including waste pipe and coupling, chain and plug and porcelein stopper but incl brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded HDPE water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical closed top),ISI Marked, white coloured, double wall construction, hoisted and fixed in position or placed in position inside or outside the bldg connecting up pipes and security access covers complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Gate valve,Air pipe and union must be installed near overhead tank in outline.
