Aerial survey using DGPS integrated PPK/RTK Drone Kilometre within an accuracy of 20- 25 Cm RMSE on the proposal alignment for feasibility study, Survey will be done for a width of around 300 m and approach's using stereo photogrammetry technology including collection of High Resolution Aerial Imagery of minimum 10 Cm GSD (Ground Sample Distance) by Drone, performing Aerial triangulation, Digital Terrain Modelling, 3D topographical mapping of 1: 1500 & High Resolution Orthophoto mosaic generation for collection of Resolution Orthophoto mosaic generation for collection of the details of all existing assets including Picking up of natural and manmade features covering entire corridor as approved by Engineerincharge. Following output should be delivered: 1. Topographical base map in AutoCAD format of 1: 5000 scale having all the natural & manmade features such as buildings, road, tracks, platform, wall, yards, boundaries, fences, signals, electrical mast, FOB's, LCs, RUB/ROBs etc. in DWG or DXF format. 2. Contours at an interval of 50 cm in DWG or DXF format.3. Digital Elevation Modal of 1m resolution in ASCII format and DWG format. 4. 3 cm resolution (GSD) Orthophoto in ECW or TIFF format which can be opened in CAD. 5. List of Control points established on to the Ground using DGPS (every 2 Km as primary control points on existing perman ent structures) & RTK (every 250 m) along with their Latitude, longitude and Elevation. 6. Hard Copy of topographical map in 3 sets to be submitted by the agency. 7. NSSDA report showing accuracy achieved in comparison to control points established. 8. Primary Control Static DGPS survey with 1 hours uninterrupted observation control pair paint marked on permanent structure @ 2 Km.Additional Bench mark control point using RTK/Electronic total station at 250M paint marked on permanent structure / designed GCP board to ensure control for full width. Collecting the Railway level available on nearby benchmark and transferring the reduced level to the primary control points & benchmarks control points established.as built Survey including Topographical details using UAS/DRONE based LIDAR system in dense vegetation covered area. 3D point cloud data work using engineering grade survey Aircraft/Drone based LiDAR system including extraction of Data for km up to the width of 300 m (150 m Each side from the centre line).
Picking up of the final alignment based on good Kilometre theodolite/total station, shifting and fixing bench mark at each 500 m interval, all the curves should be transitioned, L-Section and plans should be 1:5000 scale, levels for L section should be given at 20m interval, cross section should be given at 50 m interval in hilly terrain, list of bench marks, list of level crossings, list of LHS , minor and major bridges and Yard plan, list of curves, list of gradients, list of over head crossing, list of kutcha and pucca structure affecting the Railway alignment and list of Railway affecting works, quantity of earth work including preparation and submission of project report and estimates in draft copies in 3 nos. for approval from the Railway and 10 copies as final copies after approval along with drawings in the form of spiral bindings including all charges, taxes etc. complete. Note for payment: 1. 70% payment can be released after detailed survey & submission of preliminary report & drawings are approved by the Railway competent authority. 2. 30% payment can be released after approval of project report & various drawings from the competent authority of Railway. 3. Alignment plan shall be finalised as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge. 4. The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes and levies. The rates are net rates and will not no extra payment for price escalation. 5. The rates are for complete job as per the description of item, details/condition mentioned herein. All payment shall be as per the accepted rate and no extra payment shall be made for site visit, which may be required. The payment to the contractor will be made as per payment schedule. 6. Ten sets of approved Drawings and Original Tracing paper/ cloth has to be handed over to the Railway after approved of Design & Drawing for each bridge. Soft copy in Auto is also to be handed over in CD/pen drive. 7. The drawing should clearly shows the protection work to be adopted on existing line during execution. 8. All alternations in drawing suggested by railway drawing approved stage to be complied till final approval obtained. 9. Preparation of detailed Engineering Scale Plan (ESP) Kilometre drawing, Preparation of Yard Plan diagram in A/4 or A/3 size including index plan & section with the help of contractor's good Theodolite/ Total station mentioning all the details like existing building, bridges, platform, infringement, proposed /new structure etc, as per standard Railway format in scale 1 :1000 or as directed by Engineer in charge .The rates includes all taxes etc. complete. Note for payment: i) Submission of Engineering Scale Plan (ESP) of station yards including signature of concerned officers of Railway: 80%. ii) Final Approval of ESPs by Railway: 20%.
Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of 1:2:4 precast Numbers cement concrete pillar of size 450 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm and fixing the same with 1:2:4 cement concrete bed of size 450 mm x 250 mm x250 mm after excavation of pit of size 450 mm X 450 mm X 450 mm and refiling the pit including painting with concrete's paint along the Railway alignment in Railway land for the length of approx.. 44.1 Km new line as per Railway's drawing with contractor's all material, all labour, all lead, lift, decent, loading, unloading, GST, carriage, handling, cleaning site etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Preparation of land schedule in mouza map in tracing Kilometre cloth/Tracing paper in triplicate marking with Railway alignment , Boundaries , chainages, curves, including table of land schedule mouza wise and area of land mouza wise in acres etc complete in all respect.The work of identification of individual plots in field as shown in mouza maps, taking measurement of structures,trees, ponds, crops, etc identification of departmental land and collection of vesting report, collection of record of rights (ROR) and verification of all plots upto date collection of sale data and rate (Class wise ), preparation of rate report , estimates and execution of all other connected activities as per stipulation made in various Govt. orders and land acquisition manual of respective Govt. the works includes preparation of proposal complete in all respect and submission of same to Railway. It also includes incorporation of correction/ alteration/ modification, if any, as suggested by State Govt. Officials till such time proposal are admitted by them finally.
Mobilization Equipment's at site for Seismic Refraction survey and 2-D Resistivity Survey as per item 3&4 below. 50% for seismic refraction survey and 50O/o for 2-D resistivity survey.
