Repair to RCC slab roof treatment including PVC tank slab area, stagings facias, GI pipes, PVC tank and casing in OTM Accn at Yol Cantt under AGE B/R-I of GE (KH) YOL

PART-I:- Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick or stone wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and appling two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any and Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7m etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounde or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8 above but for portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4Kg/Sqm complete to wood or steel members, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks and removing to store water tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 ltr, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (four layered, cylinderical vertical with closed top) of capacity 500 Litres hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut 20mm bore, nipple with check nuts and washers and making connections with existing water supply line, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 13 above but except tank. Note:- Servicable tanks received from Serial Item No. 12 shall be reused.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (four layered, cylinderical vertical with closed top) of capacity 1000 Litres hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut 20mm bore, nipple with check nuts and washers and making connections with existing water supply line, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15 above but except tank. Note:- Servicable tanks received from Serial Item No. 12 shall be reused.

15mm tank Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, (Minimum weight 15mm-38gms/ 20mm - 45 gms /25mm-65gms), complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm tank Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, (Minimum weight 15mm-38gms/ 20mm - 45 gms /25mm-65gms), complete all as specified and as directed.

32mm tank Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering, if required) for repair, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from water tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 ltr, from mouths of circulating pipes, hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

20mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm - 210 gms /25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms)

25mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm - 210 gms /25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms)

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25/32mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 20mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 28 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No. 24 shall be used).

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 25mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 30 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No. 25 shall be used).

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 32mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 32 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No. 25 shall be used).

Demolition of existing treatment on roof slab, taking down cement plaster including existing tarfelt from roof of old roof surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface to remove all loose dirt etc on roof, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick/stone wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Water profing treatement of sunken portion/water tank/ roof portion/padding using high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrene as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the memberane shall be 1.5mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50% laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50 50gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.20 kg per sqm and suface preparation including cleaning of existing treatement, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down water tank staging/monkey casing and refixing the same in same position after completion of roof treatment including necessary repairs/welding if required, complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge and as specified.
