Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven AC generating set with AMF Panel of capacity 125 KVA/100 KW AC, 415 volts 3 phase 50 cycles 4 wire, 6 Cylinders developing 175 BHP at NTP at 1500 rpm, WATER cooled, four stroke electric start, confirming to IS: 10002/BS: 5514/ISO 3046 with overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any twelve hours duration, installed on and including PCC platform as per OEM design with complete accessories comprising of the following :- Make KOEL Green(KIRLOSKAR)/ CUMMINS/CROMPTON GREAVES.

Engine : (i) Engine shall be enclosed in an enclosure to make it work silently within permissible noise level as per CPCB norms without any degradation in its performance (ii) Fuel shall be used High Speed Diesel (HSD) as per IS: 1460 (iii) Filter shall be dry type air filter with replaceable elements (iv) Engine shall have closed loop lubricating system and no moving parts shall require lubrication by hand prior to the start of engine or while is in operation (v) Engine shall be electric starting (by 12 V DC starter motor systems) and shall be fitted with Mechanical Governor suitable for class G1 as per ISO 8528. (vi) Battery 12 volts 150 AH- -01 No (maintenance free) Make: - Exide (vii) Engine and alternator shall be directly coupled by means of self aligning flexible flange coupling to avoid misalignment. (viii) Coupling shall be provided with protecting guard to avoid accidental contract. (ix) Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on a common heavy duty steel base frame Constructed from C Section of suitable section (x) Adequate number of anti-vibration mounting pads shall be fixed on the common base frame on which the engine and the alternator shall be mounted to isolate the vibration from passing on to the common base frame. (xi) Acoustic Insulation: Insulated fire retarded PU Foam, non-igniting and noise reduction type, properly clamped shall be provided on all doors, roof and sides to absorb noise (xii) Door Locks and Door Hinges:-Special designed Stainless steel Door Locks and doors hinges ensuring for smooth operation and long life (xiii) Residential Silencer-Absorption type non-resistance Residential Silencer insulated from inside with glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine (xiv) Retrofit emission control Device as per CPCB Norms shall be fitted in exhaust system . Alternator: (i) Alternator with rated output of 125 KVA at STP suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM developing 415 volts at 0.8 p. f. (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase output as per DG ordered. (ii) The alternator shall be brushless type, drip proof, screen protected as per IP-23, self excited & self regulated. (iii) The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall conform to IS: 4722. (iv) Voltage regulation in static conditions +/- 1% (v) IP 23 protection with class ‘H’ insulation (vi) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation (vii) The alternator with all accessories shall be enclosed in an enclosure to make it work silently Make : KOEL Green(KIRLOSKAR) /CUMMINS/CROMPTON GREAVES.

AMF Panel & Controller: (i) Compact and micro processor based fully configurable control unit 3 phaswe 4 wire system manufactured by approved OEM suitable for 125 KVA DG set and Panel shall be fabricated out of 1.6mm CRCA sheet cubical type, pre-wired with PVC insulated copper connection cable bus bar suitanble size and powder coated for wheather proof finishes and installed inside the acoustic enclosure (ii) Graphic Display (iii) Unique integrated DG set controller (iv) Incorporates both, engine and alternator parameters in a single console (v) Fully configurable digital output (vi) AMF panel / AMF with Auto-synch. Note:- (i) DG sets shall be tested by IEM or officer detailed by the accepting officer at site in the presence of OEM rep as per CA specification for 12 hrs and cost of testing shall be included in quoted rates. (ii) All free/paid services of DG set upto defect liability period shall be carried out by the contractor as per recommendation of OEM without any extra cost.

Supply,installation and commissioning of bore well submersible pump of capacity 75-85 HP (Approx) three phase power supply, 415+ 10% operating voltage, ISI Mark, head 122 mtr and discharge 1900 lpm. Make : KSB/ Kirloskar/Crompton.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, and washer of galvanised iron, 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe of suitable length as watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade from earth plate up to test point , including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate steel frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) incl.testing on completion,complete all as specified.

M&L for lowering, jointing, testing and commissioning of MS ERW pipe of 150 mm bore 6 mm thick both side flange (coloum pipe)complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work such as plates, hooks, clamp , bends, tappers, etc any type and angle and straight connected pieces any type of joint all flange ends including necessary cutting,welding, bending , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including necessary jointing materials such as nut bolts washers packings and welding including, complete all as specified.

M& L for submersible cable copper conductor, multi stranded , flat, water proof cable of 35 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fully automatic transformer starter pedestal type with copper wound 3st /hr auto (with oil immersed contactor,oil cooled autotransformer with 50% ,65% & 80% tapping and mastercontrol switch ) in sheet steel enclosures having rated coil voltage 380V, 415V starter type - PITM -100, rating 75HP ,with relay , High and low cut of voltage relay range 90-150Amps (SCTR), connection etc suitable for 3 phase induction submersible motor 100 HP, first oil filled including fixing on floor/wall with grouting, nuts bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for laying/taking out under ground cable and getting out the excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling sand in trenches around under ground cable (sand cushion) all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well in ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil after cable laid and testing complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as directed.
