Disconnection of electrical wire from ceiling rose and taking down ceiling Fan of any type/size, make moreover dismantling the ceiling Fan for removing of old lubricating substance from bearing/bush & applying fresh lubrication using grease to avoid noise free smooth functioning, including replacement of worn out/unserviceable spares as required and replacement of PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded twin twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm up to 0.5 M long including testing the repair ceiling fan to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge and re-fixing the fan in own position with provision of hanging bush, cotter pins, nut , bolts washers etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Rewinding of ceiling fan and PVC wire for making connection shall be measured and paid separately under respective item .)

Rewinding of ceiling fan 230 volts, of any make/type and size (1200/1400 mm sweep) with copper wire of same gauge and number of turns as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufactures specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stated/rotor complete. Note : Ceiling fan before fix at site the RPM shall be checked and match as per manufactures specification till entire satisfaction of Engr in charge

Carrying out re metalling in worn out shaft, cutting and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and fixing ball bearing in replacement of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing to entire satisfaction of Engineer in change. (Note : Bearing shall be measured and paid separately )

Supply only ball bearing of any size and type, suitable for any type/make/size of ceiling fan all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make - TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply and fixing capacitor capacity 2.5 MFD, 220 volt ISI marked all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded twin twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply only suitable size of bush for ceiling fan of any type/size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make - TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply and fixing of PVC connector 4 way 6 Amps with connection screws, nuts. etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing PVC clamps with fixing screws for holding capacitor of any type and size, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing Alloy Steel Heavy Duty "S" or "D"-Hook Hanger with double Fasteners M10 x 75mm for Hanging Ceiling fan sted worn-out hook, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repair heavy duty Steel & rubber fan to ceiling hook attachment clamp with fan rod nut bolt & locking pins complete set, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing ceiling fan blade of 1200/1400mm size suitable for existing ceiling fan, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing PVC canopy suitable for ceiling fan of any type/make for both end of down rod including fixing screws all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing down rod 1'/1.5' suitable for ceiling fan of any type/make for both end of down rod including fixing screws all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of ceiling fan assembly of any type/size and carrying out two coats of spray painting with first quality synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour, including writing of MES number in black paint all as directed and specified.

Note : Exhaust fan before fix at site RPM should be checked and match as per manufactures specification till entire satisfaction of Engr in charge

Supply and fixing of louver shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2 mm thick for round base and 0.8 mm thick for flaps, comprising of mounting legs frames made o MS flat strips of size 25mm x 3mm including heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts of size 50 mm long 8 mm dia to be fixed on wall fater drilling, and duly painted by two coat of synthetic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhaust fan up to 300/380 mm sweep.(Rate inclusive necessary scaffolding/ladder/rope to fix the louver at any height of multi storey buildings)

M&L for fan motor suitable for PVC exhaust fan up to 250 mm sweep and RPM match with existing including taking down old motor and fixing of new with proper alignment and re-fixing the same using necessary mounting screws and accessories without any vibrations and noise to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PCB (Printed circuit board) for BLDC fan of any make/type of size (1200/1400) mm sweep as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufacturer specification complete. Note:- (1) Rate include taking down and re-fix the ceiling fan (2) Before re-fixing at site RPM shall be checked and match as per manufactures specification till entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Geyser of any capacity/type from existing position for repair /cleaning/ descaling of inner tank with descaling solution/wire brush, sand paper and re-fixing the same after repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Supply and fix in repair Heating Element 1.5 KW,230 volts rating suitable for Geysers including taking down old unserviceable Heating element complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Heating Element 2 KW,230 volts rating suitable for Geysers including taking down old unserviceable heating element complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Indicating lamp rounded type, 230 volts rating suitable for Geysers including taking down old unserviceable indicator lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Pressure release valve dead weight type suitable for Geysers including taking down old unserviceable pressure release valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Thermostat switch with thermal setting 40˚ C to 90˚ C and relay 230 volts suitable for Geysers including taking down old unserviceable thermostat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out unserviceable water tank (inner shell) of water heater of any capacity and brazing to leaking portion or patching work as required with using copper plate 1.5mm thick including shaping to original size complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Unserviceable geysers to be deposited to E/M store yard)

M&L for wall fasteners of size 100 mm long 8mm dia with double washers including grouting and make good the wall surface with cement mortar (1:4) for fixing water heater after removing the existing unserviceable nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair plug top 3 pin 16 Amps ISI marked including taking down old unserviceable plug top complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in 3 core 2.5 sqmm round copper flexible conductor including taking down old unserviceable wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for inspection/servicing of solar water heater system of capacity 300/ 500 LPD by checking any sign of damage, leaks or corrosion etc including checking of pipe lines, valves and collectors and clean the tube collector or FPC with clean water, soft cloth, brush and sponge to removing the dirt and dust and make the system fully functional including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ETC glass tube of size 58x1800mm for solar water heater model VH300 plus including necessary silicon rings SWH complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for minor repair of leakage/cracked inner copper container of solar water heater by means of brazing/soldiering with copper brass alloy & testing of inner shell up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge and reassembling/reinstalled at site all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC connection pipe of size15mm dia 450mm long with PTMT nuts heavy duty, suitable for Geysers including taking down old unserviceable connection pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair LED solar street fitting 30 watts, complete with all fixing arrangements and electric connection, with IP 66 protection, along with active power factor correction electronic gear and housing pressure die cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Low maintenance battery 12 Volts 200 AH for Solar power pack 1KVA including taking out old battery all as specified.
