Supply, installation,testing and commissioning indoor LT panel board of suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50 hz, indoor type, cubicle , floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation with IP-54 protection fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pretreated in 7 tank process powder coated in siemens grey colour inside and out side with IP-54 protection. Panel shall have front and rear opening with hinged type door and rubber gasket, handles, industrial type locking arrangement, cable alleys,bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and outgoing cables, earthing terminals,affixing danger notice plate, each compartment shall be numbered/lettered for indication,copper bus bar TPN 800 Amps rating duly covered with heat shrinkable sleeves of colour coaded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators including control wiring with PVC insulated, flexible, multistranded copper conductor cables of adequate size and adequate length, control fuses duly ferruled,crimped with suitable lugs/thimbles. Panel board shall be mounted on MS angle iron frame fabricated out of 50x50x6 mm angle iron of suitable size duly painted and including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation/platform etc as per site requirement.
