Scope : Detailed scope of work is given in clause no. 4 of bid document part-II.
General Instructions : The Service provider/s shall be required to sign Non- Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with CRIS after placement of Order as per Performa given at Annexure-F of bid document part-II. 3.2 Escalation Matrix: The vendor shall provide escalation matrix including address, phone number, mobile number, email id etc. of the concerned functionaries / engineers/ managers / Project Manager upto the level of CEO. 3.3 Vendor shall provide support office details for Primary DC, CRIS HQ, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi and DR-DC at CRIS, Secunderabad. 3.4 Item wise compliance to all the clauses of the Bid Document Part-II of the tender document. 3.5 In case any clause or condition is not acceptable to the bidder, it should clearly specify in Statement of Deviations as per format available on www.ireps.gov.in. 3.6 All documents which are specified in SBD Part-I & part-II of bid document shall be provided by the bidder. 3.7 The complete document checklist is placed at Annexure-E.
