नगरपरिषद हद्दीतील सर्व इमारतींचे सर्वेक्षण करणे. इमारतींचे Visual Inspection करुन त्यात सदरची इमारत धोकादायक आहे किंवा नाही याचा अहवाल सादर करणे. सदरचा अहवाल नगरपरिषदेस व त्या इमारतीचे बिल्डर/विकसक/सोसायटी अध्यक्ष इ. यांना ई-मेल /पत्राव्दारे पाठविणे. ज्या इमारती धोकादायक नाहीत त्यांचेमध्ये काही किरकोळ दुरुस्ती करणे आवश्यक असल्यास तसे लेखी सदर अहवालात कळविणे. तसेच सदरची इमारत राहणेस योग्य आहे किंवा कसे याबाबतचा तुमचा सुस्पष्ट अभिप्राय सादर करणे
ज्या इमारती धोकादायक स्वरुपात आहेत, त्यांचे स्ट्रक्चरल ऑडीट करुन तसा अहवाल व दुरुस्तीचे स्वरुप सादर करावे. सदरचा अहवाल हा नगरपरिषदेस व त्या इमारतीचे बिल्डर /विकसक/ सोसायटी अध्यक्ष इ. यांना ई मेल व्दारे/पत्राव्दारे पाठविणे
