SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROADS AND PROVN OF ROAD AT CERTAIN UNITS OF MISA CAMP UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surfaces in areas not exc 400 sqm, depth exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm

M & L for 150 mm thick (complete thickness) WBM in two layers each 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) with coarse agg (granite trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

Preparation unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Apply evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate o application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification of road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam 50mm thick laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 4% by weight of total mix binder content of paving bitumen any penetration.

M&L for preparation of old black bituminous top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc complete in all respect as specified & directed

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate o application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification of road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of Paving bitumen content by wieght of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolled with mechanical paver of power exc 8 ton n exc 12 ton

M&L for providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) with glass beads of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions

S & F Solar studs of size 125 mmx125mmx25mm with shank of 26.80 mm waterpoof, energy saving and eco friendly, made out of solid aluminium alloy shell comprising of solar panel mono crystalline solar 2.4V/0.30 Watt one no., Ni-Mn or Ni-Cd rechargeable battery six nos supper bright LEDS(yellow, blue, green, and white) suitable for working time 50 to 60 hours succesfully after the battery is full charged(Charging time five to six hours/day with solar energy based power supply) with brightness sensitive auto-sensitive auto switch for automatic turn on at night and turn of at day, fixed on existing road surfaces, complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F of delineators post of size 60 cm long, made out of 50 mm MS Pipe of 16 gauge, painted with stove enammelled black paint and 03 nos of retro reflective high intensity grade sheeting in white/red/yellow colours each size 100x75 mm bounded on it and delineators post covered with 30 cm long MS wire case fixed in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 bed of size 150x150x300 mm complete all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective/imformatory Cautionary /warning sign boards of any size and shape as directed with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet,face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S.angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 , including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening whereever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of gauge n'exc 63 mm of broken boulder below Path complete all as sfd and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate in coping, hold fasts or of similar items including necessary cutting, form work etc.complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F for 60mm thick coloured, glazed pre coated interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658/1237 with upto date amendments, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M&L for river bed fine sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of kerb stone over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

S&F Cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) Complete all as sfd and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using Power roller 8 to 12 tonne power Road Roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Soling (Sub base) with broken boulder or quarried stone, interstics filled, surface formed rolled and consolidated to required Gradient and Camber (compacted thickness of soling shall be 100 mm thick) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stoplines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
