Construction of an asphalt road in Village Jaunapuri, extending from the Jaunapuri Marauri road culvert to the Village Amin Nagar road Development Block Marauri

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 4.7-405(3)

Brick edging on both side of the road of first class bricks 8cm (3Þ) wide and 12cm( (4.5Þ) deep with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excaveted earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. (As per PWD SOR S.I. No.765)

Providing and applying Prime Coat with Bitumen (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 070 to 1.00 kg per sqmusing machenical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat either type of as per Technical Specification Clause -508 (Used by paver Finishar)
