(b) Taking out old unserviceable lock from drawer and S & F new 6 lever steel lock with keys in duplicate and and fixed in same position with smooth functioning complete all as specified. (Make :- GODREJ/LINK/HARRISON)

(c) Taking out old damaged/broken top from table office clerk steel and S & F new table top in the same position as per existing shape and size made out of 6mm thick veneered decorative ply wood, grade 1st quality with BWR resin with decorative face veneer on one face fixed with new screws including providing aluminium beading all round as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Make : Kitply/Century/Green Ply/Bhutan Board).

(d) S & F new rubber shoes, best quality at the bottom of leg after taking out old damaged/unserviceable shoes from its existing position complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(e) M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of table office clerk and applying one coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) on all exposed steel surfaces including drawer by spray machine after preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Table Office Officer Steel (FD-84(M)/ FD-1003)

(a) M & L in repair to broken steel frame and drawer of table office offrs steel by spot welding complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Each spot shall not exc. 5cm in length and not exc. 2mm in thickness.)

(c) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged top from table office offrs steel and S & F new top of required shape and size made out of 6 mm thick veneered decorative ply wood, grade-I with BWR resin with decorative veneers on one face fixeed with new screws including aluminium beading all round of existing shape and size complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (d) Taking out old unserviceable rubber shoes from the bottom of leg and S & F new rubber shoes of approved best quality in the existing position complete all as specified as shown on drawing.

(e) M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of table office offrs and applying one coat of Olive Green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) on all exposed steel surfaces including drawerby spray machine complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Table 900 x 600 x 760mm Steel (FD-84(M)/ FD-1003)

(a) Taking out old damaged/decayed table top and S & F new table top of 18/19 mm thick one side pre-laminated particle board of exterior grade as per existing shape and size with Mysore teak fixed on table top including S&F 4 mm thick well seasoned teak wood edging around table top complete all as specified & as shown on drawing . (Make of pre-laminated particle board : (GREEN PLY/CENTURY/KIT PLY/BHUTAN BOARD)

(b) M & L in repairs in length to broken/damaged steel frame of table not exceeding 2.5 cm lengh by spot weldidng complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Material to be welded n. exc. 2mm in thickness.)

(c) Taking out old unserviceable shoes and S & F new hard rubber shoes in legs complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(d) M & L for applying one coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) to all exposed steel surfaces of frame of table including preparation of old painted surfaces over one coat of redoxide primer by spray machine complete as specified and as shown on drg.

Chair Verandah(FD-19(M)/FD-256/FD-359)

(a) M & L in repairs to broken steel frame not exc 2.5 cm in lengh by spot welding complete as specified and all as directed and as shown on drawing. (Note :- Material to be welded not to exceed 2.00mm in thickness)

(b) M&L for applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) all exposed steal surface of chair verandah including preparation of old painted surface by spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Taking out old existing damaged/ worn out unserviceable plastic cane/newar from seat and back of chair verandah and supply and fix the same seat and back with new white cane 4mm wide 1mm thick half round (oval type) mat pattern as per trade practice complete as specified and as shown in drawing. (Make of plastic cane AJOY/PREMIER/SHAH/ARYAN).

(d) Taking out old unserviceable shoes from leg of chair verandah and S&F new hard rubber shoes of best quality complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Table Dining OR (FD-165(M))

(a) Taking out old unserviceable/broken/damaged/decayed pre-laminated particle board and S & F new top of 18/19 mm thick one side pre-laminated particle board of exterior grade as per existing shape and size of Mysore teak face colour, fixed on top including 4mm thick well seasoned teak wood edging around complete all as specified. (Make of pre-laminated particle board : GREEN PLY/CENTURY/KIT PLY/BHUTAN BOARD).

(b) M & L repair to broken/ damaged steel frame of table dining ORs not exceeding 2.50 cm in length by spot welding complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Thickness of metal to be welded shall not exc 2mm.)

(c) Taking out old unserviceable, damaged shoe and S & F new hard rubber shoes in legs complete as specified and as directed.

(d) M & L for applying black synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) to all exposed steel surfaces of frame of table dining ORs including preparation of old painted surface one coat of redoxide primer by spray machine complete as specified and as shown on drg.

Chair CB Steel with Arm (FD-75(M))

(a) M & L for spot welding to damaged/broken steel frame of chair CB steel including arms complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Note :- Length of each spot welding 4cm in length and not exc. 2mm in thickness.)

(b) Taking out old rusted/damaged/broken flat iron support of chair CB steel with arms and S&F new mild steel flat iron of size 20 x 5mm, 75mm long to bottom of steel frame in support of wooden seat frame duly welded with making hole for fixing screw complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(c) Taking out old damaged/broken arm rest and S & F new arm rest in the same position as per existing shape and size made out of well seasoned first class hard wood ‘TEAK WOOD’ timber including applying two coat of black paint over wood filler on all exposed new wooden surfaces after preparation of new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(d) Taking out old damaged/broken seat frame and S & F new seat frame in the same position as per existing shape ande size made out of well seasoned first class hard wood ‘TEAK WOOD’ timber with making holes of weaving slightly rounded on the edges and applying two coat of black paint over wood filler on all exposed new wooden surfaces of seat and back shall be painted with high glossy paint after preparation of new wooden surface including recanning with plastic cane to seat of chair cane bottom steel with arm with white colour half round (Godrej pattern with oval type 2mm wide 0.4mm thick for weaving and 4mm wide for bordering and 0.4mm thick gola type weighing not less than 6 gms per 10 running meters ) complete all as specified & as directed and as shown on drawing.

(e) All as per ser item No 32 (d) here in before but back frame complete all as specified.

(f) Taking out old unserviceable top cap and S&F new plastic cap of best quality in the same position complete all as specified.

(g) M & L for applying painting to steel frame of chair CB steel with arms with one coat of Olive Green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) after necessary preparation of old painted surfaces by spray machine over one coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

(h) Taking out old unserviceable shoe & S&F hard rubber shoe with screw as approved make complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Chair CB Steel without Arm (FD-75(M))

(a) M & L for spot welding to damaged/broken steel CB frame of chair with out arms complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Note :- Length of each spot welding 4cm in length and not exc. 2mm in thickness).

(b) Taking out old rusted/damaged/broken flat iron support of chair CB steel with out arms and S&F new mild steel flat iron of size 20 x 5mm, 75mm long to bottom of steel frame in support of wooden seat frame duly welded with necessary making hole for fixing screw complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(g) Taking out old unserviceable shoe & S&F new hard rubber shoe with screw as approved complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Teapoy Verandah (FD-35(M)/ FD-255)

(a) Taking out old damaged/decayed top and S&F new top in the same position as per existing shape and size made with 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade fix with 4mm 1st class well seasoned teak wood beading all round all as including polishing with french polish high glossy finish complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing. (Make :- Green Ply/Century/Kit Ply/Bhutan Board).

(b) M&L for repair to broken frame leg of teapoy verandah by spot welding not exc 2.50cm in length complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Materials to be welded not exc. 2.50 cm in thickness).

(c) M&L for painting to steel leg frame applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) including preparation of old surfaces by spray machine all as specified and as directed.

(d) Taking out old unserviceable / damaged shoes and S&F new PVC/hard rubber shoes in leg complete all as specified and directed.

Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-257/FD-1029)

(a) M & L in repair to broken/damaged bottom leg of locker bed side steel by spot welding complete as specified and as directed. (Note : Thickness of metal to be welded shall not exceed 2mm.)

(b) Removing the old damaged bottom leg (Right/Left) and S & F new bottom leg made out of 20 gauge plain mild steel sheet (MS sheet) fixed in the same position by spot welding including painting with applying one coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine complete after preparation of new steel surfaces all as specified and directed as shown in drg.

(c) Taking out loose shelf from of locker Bed Side Steel and refixing the same position rigidly after minor repairs by providing new clips, nut and bolts as required complete all as directed.

(d) Taking out existing unserviceable hasp and stapple and S & F new hasp and staple of 100mm long chromium mild steel to front shutter of approved make and design complete all as specified and as shown on drg (Make :- Mowjee or Equivalent as approved).

(e) Repairing of existing unserviceable hinges by spot welding and make it functional by providing pin/greasing etc. complete all as directed. (Note :- Each spot welding shall not be more than 2.5cm in length and materials to be welded not exceeding 3mm in thickness).

(f) Removing of old handles from the front of shutter and S & F new 115mm long chrome plated handle of approved make and design complete all specified and as shown on drawing.

(g) Taking out of old unserviceable broken curtain rod and S & F new curtain rod of aluminium 19/20mm dia with steel brackets both sides in the same position by spot welding including painting with applying one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine over steel brackets after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Make :- Mowjee or Equivalent as approved).

(h) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged bottom shelf and S & F new bottom shelf as per existing shape and size made out of 20 gauge plain mild steel sheet (MS sheet) and fixed in the same position with shelf clips, nuts & bolts etc including applying painting with one coat of Olive green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine before fixing and after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(j) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged intermediate shelf and S&F new intermediate shelf as per existing size and shape made out of 20 gauge plain mild steel sheet ( MS Sheet) and fixed in the same position with shelf clips, nuts and bolts etc including painting with one coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine before fixing after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed and as shown in drawing.

(k) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged inside partition of locker bed side steel and S&F new partition made out of 20 gauge plain mild steel sheet (MS sheet) fixed in the same position as per existing shape and size by spot welding including painting with one coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer by spraying after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed and as shown in drawing.

(l) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged door shutter (Left/Right) from its position and S & F new door shutter as per existing shape and size made out of 20 gauge plain mild steel sheet (MS sheet) by providing new hinges and make it smooth functional including painting with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer by spraying after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawing.

(m) M & L for applying painting to locker bed side steel by spray machine on both side (outer and inner surfaces) including legs, door shutters, partition and shelves with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) including preparation of old painted surfaces including applying ready made putty wherever required to fill up the cavities complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawing.

Almirah Large Steel (FD-67(M)/FD-1031)

(a) M & L for taking out loose leg (right/left) and re-fixing the same in existing position with necessary run welding of Almirah large complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Thickness of metal to be welded shall not exceed 2 mm).

(b) Taking out and removing the old damaged bottom leg (right/left) and S & F new bottom leg made out of 20 gauge plain mild steel sheet (MS Sheet), made existing shape and fixed in the same position by run welding including painting with one coat OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Taking out loose shelf from Almirah large steel and re-fixing the same rigidly after minor repairs by providing new chips, nut & bolts of existing size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) M & L for run welding in repairs to broken/damaged sides (left/right), back & top of almirah steel large complete all as specified and as directed (Note :- Thickness of materials to be welded not exceeding 2 mm in thickness and length of each welding exceeding 9 mm but not exceeding 20 mm in length.)

(e) Repair of existing loose hinges by spot welding and make it functional by providing new steel pin including greasing etc required for smooth function complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Taking out and removing existing unserviceable damaged lock from almirah (Large steel) and S & F new 6 lever steel lock as per existing shape and size with Keys in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed (Make :- HARRISON/LINK/GODREJ).

(g) Taking out old and removing old unserviceable handle from Almirah steel large and S & F steel chromium plated handle 125mm long of existing shape and size complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drg. (Make :- Mowjee or Equivalent as approved).

(h) Taking out and removing of old broken/damaged steel door shutter with necessary cutting in square/rectangle in shape and S & F the same dhutter as per existing size and shape not exceeding 100 sq cm each made out of 20 Gauge plain mild sheet (MS Sheet) fixed by run welding of required length including applying applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine all complete as specified and as directed.

(j) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged bottom shelf from its position and S & F new bottom shelf as per existing shape and size made out of 20 Gauge Plain mild sheet (MS Sheet) and fixed in the same position with shelf clips, nut and bolts etc including painting with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine before fixing complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawing.

(k) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged intermediate shelf from its position and S & F new intermediate shelf as per existing shape and size made out of 20 Gauge Plain mild steel sheet (MS Sheet)by providing new hinges and make it smooth functional including applying painting with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine before fixing complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawing.

(l) Taking out and removing of old broken/damaged steel of door shutter (left/right) from almirah large steel and S&F new door shutters as per shape and size made out of 20 Gauge plain mild sheet (MS Sheet)by providing new hinges and make it smooth functional including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine all complete as specified and as directed and as shown on drawing.

(m) M & L for painting to Almirah Steel large by spraying on both side (outer/inner surface) including legs, door shutter and shelves with applying one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) by spray machine including preparation of old painted surfaces including applying ready made putty wherever required for making good cavities complete all as specified and as directed.

Almirah Medium Steel (FD-67(M)/FD-1032)

(a) M & L for taking out loose leg (right/left) from its position and re-fixing the same in existing position with necessary run welding of Almirah medium steel complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Thickness of metal to be welded shall not exceed 2 mm).

(b) Taking out and removing the old damaged bottom leg (right/left) from its position and S & F new bottom leg made out of 20 gauge plain mild steel sheet (MS Sheet), made existing shape and fixed in the same position by run welding including painting with one coat OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Taking out loose shelf from Almirah medium steel and re-fixing the same rigidly after minor repairs by providing new chips, nut & bolts of existing size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) M & L for run welding in repairs to broken/damaged sides (left/right), back & top of almirah medium steel complete all as specified and as directed (Note :- Thickness of materials to be welded not exceeding 2 mm in thickness and length of each welding exceeding 9 mm but not exceeding 20 mm in length.)

(j) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged bottom shelf from its position and S & F new bottom shelf as per existing shape and size made out of 20 Gauge Plain mild steel sheet (MS Sheet) and fixed in the same position with shelf clips, nut and bolts etc including painting with one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine before fixing complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawing.

(k) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged intermediate shelf from its position and S & F new intermediate shelf as per existing shape and size made out of 20 Guage Plain mild steel sheet (MS Sheet) and fixed in the same position with shelf clips, nut and bolts etc including painting with applying one coat of OG synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine before fixing complete all as specified and as directed and shown on drawing.

(l) Taking out and removing of old broken/damaged steel of door shutter (left/right) from almirah medium steel and S&F new door shutters as per shape and size made out of 20 Gauge plain mild sheet (MS Sheet)by providing new hinges and make it smooth functional including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer by spraying all complete as specified and as directed and as shown on drawing.

(m) M & L for painting to Almirah Medium Steel by spray machine on both side (outer/inner surface) including legs, door shutter and shelves with one coat of Olive Green synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) including preparation of old painted surfaces including applying ready made putty wherever required for making good cavities complete all as specified and as directed.

Chair Writing (FD/E6/MAP/12)

(a) Taking out old damaged / decayed tapestray cloth from seat and back and replace it with new tapestray cloth as per existing shape after approval of tapestray cloth complete all as directed. (Note : The cost of tapestray cloth should be min of Rs. 275/- per mtr).

(b) M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of chair writing and applying one coat of black enamel paint (1st grade quality) on all exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Chair Verandah (FD/MAP-II/ 06)

(a) M&L for spot welding in repairs not exc 2.50cm in length of broken steel frame complete all as specified and as shown in drawing. (Note : Material to be weled not to exceed 2.00mm in thickness)

(b) M&L for applying one coat of white synthetic enamel paint (Ist grade quality) on all exposed steel surface of chair verandah including preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as shown in drawing.

(c) Taking out old existing damaged / broken seat frame of chair verandah and Supply & fix the same with new seat frame complete all as specified and as shown in drawing. (Make of seat frame : AMKO).

(d) Taking out old existing damaged / broken back frame of chair verandah and Supply & fix the same with new back frame complete all as specified and as shown in drawing. (Make of back frame : AMKO).

Rack Shoe Steel (FD/E6/MAP/02(R))

(a) M&L for spot welding in repairs not exc 2.50cm in length of broken structure complete all as specified and as shown in drawing. (Note : Material to be welded not to exceed 2.00mm in thickness)

(b) M&L for applying one coat of Black synthetic enamel paint (Ist grade quality) on all exposed steel surface of Rack shoe steel including preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified.

Charpoy IP with Hard Top (FD/MAP-II/ 01)

(a) Taking out old damaged / broken plywood from its position and refixing the same with new 12mm thick BWR, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 303-1989 (size 1950 mm x 900 mm) shall be fixed through screw with MS cleat & stiffener with cup and washer all as specified and as directed. (Make of ply : Green ply/Kit ply/Century/Bhutan Board).

(b) Taking out old damaged / broken stiffener from its position and refixing the same with new stiffener of size 25mm x 25mm x 16 guage MS tube shall be fixed through spot welding all as specified and as directed. (Note : Thickness of metal to be welded shall not exceed 2mm.)

(c) S&F new rubber shoes of best quality to the bottom of leg after taking out old damaged / unserviceable shoe from its existing position complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(d) M&L for one coat of Black synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) on all exposed steel surface of Charpoy hard top complete all as specified and directed.

Sofa Set 5 Seater Wooden (FD-281)

(a) Material and labour for removing of old UNSV back long rail from sofa 5 seater (3+1+1) and replacing with 1st class hard wood (TW) of size 35 x 70 x 1680mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No 106(a) here-in-before but stiffener in seat/back of sofa of size 20 x 50 x 600mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(c) All as per item No 108(a) here-in-before above but handle (Arm rest) of sofa set 5 seater (3+1+1) complete all as specified.

(d) Taking down worn out/damaged tapesty and lining cloth from foam cushion of size 21" x 22" x 100mm foam and supply and stiching new lining cloth and finally covering entire foam with new tepesty cloth shade and colour as approved complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Taking out old unserviceable/damaged foam cushion and S&F new 100mm thick cushion of 'cool' foam of 32 density 530mm x 500mm complete all as specified and directed. Make of foam cushion : DUNLOP/CURLON/SLEEPWELL.

(f) M&L for preparation of wooden surfaces of sofa 5 seater (3+1+1) and applying one coat of French polish including applying of wood filler wherever required all complete as specified & as directed and as shown on drawing.

Sofa Set 4 Seater Wooden (FD-281)

(a) Material and labour for removing of old UNSV back long rail from sofa 4 seater (2+1+1) and replacing with 1st class hard wood (TW) of size 35 x 70 x 1120mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No 113(a) here-in-before but stiffener in seat/back of sofa of size 20 x 50 x 600mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to Charpoy GI pipe with Newar/plywood top

Conversion of charpoy GI N/N to Charpoy GI Ply Top (FD-220)

Repair of charpoy GI Pipe as under:- (a) Removing unservceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe, tightining of loose components (i.e. complete charpoy). (b) S&F plywood of size 1980 mm X 900 mm X 12 mm thick BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS-303 Make :- Greenply/Century/ fixed with 12 mm X 6mm thick teak wood beading (Half round) all around the plywood edges fixed with fevicol and headless nails, with mild steel galvanized iron nuts and bolts of suitable size and length. (c) S&F two stiffners made out of flat iron 40 X 5mm x 900 mm long (each) shall be fixed with GI nuts, bolts, washers of appropriate size as directed between the long rails, 14 Nos of round head top bolt 6 mm dia 75 mm long and nut with steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- All steel sections except GI articles shall be painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and exposed surfaces of teak wood beading shall be French polished as specified).

(a) S & F in repairs 32mm dia ISI medium grade of approved make, long rail for GI Charpoy pipe including removing unserviceable long rail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Making short rail for GI Charpoy obtained from item No. 311(a) above here-in-before cut in to length and threading including removing of existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and directed.

(c) Making leg for GI charpoy from short rail obtained from item No. 311(b) above here-in-before end threading other end provided with MNF clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe 3mm base plale welded at bottom and fixed in repairs as required as per drg.

Removing existing old unserviceable Check nut from charpoy GI pipe and supply & fix new Check nut to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.
