Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. It shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @150gm/sqm of coating including dismantling existing roof sheeting of any description as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, average 25mm thickness as required at site for as padding concrete on roof / chajja, all as specified.

15 mm thick screed bed on concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) on roof, mixed with water proofing compound all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, all as specified.

Water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces with provision of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm and providing 3 mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-oven polyster matt weighing not less than 150 gm /Sqm, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm and finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm /Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints, fixed to walls etc, including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified.

Rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical, verticle with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position as per SSR Part I instructions including provision of 20mm ball valve, 20mm Tank nipple and dismantling of existing water tank complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm dia/bore with fittings complete and all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only GI tubes medium grade including supply and fix necessary fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, 20mm dia bore all as specified and directed. Note: GI Pipe will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing / laying.
